I’m from the states. in the market the meat was hanging or laying out cut waiting for people to buy it does it not spoil without refrigeration Or has America processed everything so much and put scare tactics in us that the food or meat we eat is not fresh at all and that’s why we have to keep it refrigerated at all times

While we constantly demonise Internet and social media platforms, Mark brings us the plus side of the Internet and everything related to it, which otherwise would have been impossible to come to know about such remote and unexplored spots of this planet through traditional documentaries. Thanks a lot

Nice episode as always! I only got one question: I Hope You Did Pay That Village Family For All Their Cooking Efforts! This Meat FEAST must have costed them an Arm & a Leg. I noticed they use really Little to Nothing Garlic & Onions Thanx 4 taking us with you.

I'm so jealous to see these feasts! The amazing fresh, natural, and diverse food from Madagascar is such a source of pride for us. I really miss the family gatherings. By the way, don’t forget to try the 'bononoka, ' Mark. Have a wonderful stay there!

Kind of an odd transition from geese welcoming us to the village and now let’s kill one of our welcomers! Kinda doubt it woulda been so welcoming if it knew that! Not criticizing the slaughter, but I woulda edited out the welcoming comment.

Watching these beautiful people of Madagascar from Ethiopia. What a lovely they're! Btw we've also a traditional drink exactly similar with them. We call it Areke here in Ethiopia. and its alcoholic concentration is more than 70%.

This man is a legend when it comes to food. Not only respect him for touring and showing us around the world but he can enjoy the foods just like locals which normal ppl probably can't eat the way he enjoy the local food. Awesome!

Mark has developed the strongest stomach and immune system. This man can fly in to any 3rd world country and drink the local tap water and eat all the local street food no problem. He has never been food poisoned lol

Aside from the very interesting meal at Michael's home, what was most notable was the wonderful friendliness and welcoming atmosphere of the people there. I couldn't help but smile at the end of the video.

I think that some locals wouldn't consider you as a foreigner because a chunk of the Malagasy people inherited facial traits from South East Asia. Anyway, enjoy your trip. I'm hyped for the content.

Msg to Africa: don’t let the shine food industries here in the west fool you, they are rotten and poised to the core. Please, keep your unprocessed and organic food culture at any cost.

0: 03 Hey Mark, your 50. It's ok to eat food like a normal adult. You don't have to make that orgasm face and throw your head back every time. It makes you look foolish.
