Your videos are amazing, I would love to have quotes in each thing you try. each parts, each vegetable with the sauce etc (written in your video. as you come from our countries. you're always positive in everything and it's very hard to know your real mind (I would give you a carrot and you would be amazed (of course, few carrots are very juicy and sweet though, but I would not know your real quote in a simple carrot.

Make China famous for food again! (Not for manufacturing with stolen tech) I bought a wrist watch made in China. It lasted 1 week. The Chinese made recharge cable for iPhone is now being used to tie my fishing rods in a bundle. China should stay famous for food and kung fu. (I haven't seen a Chinese film without 99. 999% kung fu for the whole duration.

I'd say that about 25% of the food in China is absolutely amazing. The other 75% can be a total horror show to westerners. Mark is showing the good stuff. I saw a young high-school aged couple walking in a park and they were eating what looked like a candied bird on a stick. The bird still had it's beak.

You know how to pick the places, like I was told once it’s not how the place’s looks it’s how the food is prepared and cooked very well with all of the ingredients flavor sauce together so you can get a delicious dish to eat.

O. M. G! It's the first time I see a food tour in Han Zhong, where I spent a few months when I was first grade. It wasn't much a city but a small town back then. Would love to go back to visit, so as XiAn.

Mark, you should come to my hometown Leshan located in Sichuan, famous for giant buddha carved in the mountain, 71 meters high and Leshan is recognized as the most delicious city in Sichuan by locals

So sad that you have to slurp all that Spit and Gutter oil for the CCP. Just avoid chili oil while in China as all of it is recycled from spit or gutter oil.
