Damn every country mark goes to gets absolutely annihilated after he leaves. Hungary is now practically a dictatorship, Iran got their general merked by USA + got destroyed by rona, russia had a huge oil spill that will take decades to clean. Maybe mark is really traveling around for something else. I m kidding of course (don t take me too seriously republicans)

My honest opinion about Hungarian food is unfortunately not so well. I ve been in that market and other advised places, but I didn t like it that much. There was however a street food square with all kinds of street food trucks. However, I could not consider that to be Hungarian cuisine. The sausages look great, but are blend in taste in my opinion.

And you didn't try goulash? Okay, I know you had it elsewhere but we praise it as our top traditional food, so it was surprising to see it not featured in the video. But Adam did a nice job choosing some lesser known foods! Come again to check out some more like the fish soup, fried fish and traditional cakes, and the local wine and signature spirits.

Thank you, Mark and Adam for the delicious tours of the food establishments of Budapest, Hungary! One of my family's side is from that part of the world, as well as Romania. So good to see you, Mark and Adam enjoying the three sausages, which my grandparents used to make themselves. Thank you, both, again! Nancy, U. S.

So many years of communism screwed food up all over eastern Europe. But in the last 30 years things have started to turn around for them. This is the evidence of what capitalism does for these countries. Freedom always makes for good food. Never underestimate the power that freedom gives.

My wife is from Hungary. They put sour cream and cottage cheese on everything. Even saw cottage cheese ice cream. It runs in their blood. Our daughter has the same affinity for cottage cheese and sour cream.
