Now I'm missing Israel so much; I spent a wonderful nine months backpacking there. I originally went to overwinter as the climate is mild and similar to Cape Town in the winter and got a job at the Gordon Hostel in Tel Aviv, but I ended up making so many friends among the locals that I had to stay on, and ended up working as a prep chef (slice and dice piles and piles of produce, and generally prepare the mise and have it ready for the grill chefs when the rush began) in a beautiful glat kosher restaurant. I also worked for a while for an industrial welder and we drove all over Israel building and installing all sorts of constructions; even prison bars It was a great learning experience and I made faily decent money, but I was relieved when a good buddy from my Moshav organised the restaurant gig at his uncle's place in Tel Aviv. I found that there was far less enmity between Jew and Palestinian than I expected; especially in the construction business. It was only when something happens in Parliament that the parties polarize and stay away from each other for a while. But when things cool down. they just come together and start working again.

2: 46 You said been to Egyp. You must had been to the capital (Cairo city) where people from all over the world inhabited. But you haven't been to ancient Egypt (indigenous black Nubian ) areas in the southen Egyptian nile valley. Nubian are the real nile people (pyramid builders. They're still largely found in Egypt as well as in the northern Sudanese nile valley. Am Moroccan but don't believe when modern Egyptian (Roman invaders) claim they built the pyramids. Thats not true. So if you really want eat well healthy and clean food go to the south, never to Cairo. It's undoubtedly contaminated due to the reason that they always cultivate using wastewater. THAT'S why hep C disease is widely spread amongst Egyptian which you never find in Nubian areas.

Befour declaration was a declaration from the british government to establish a national jewish homeland for all the jewish people in palestine. They ignored the fact that palestine was already inhabited by palestinian people, so they displaced the palestinine people and stole their land, culture, food and whtever is related to palestine they forcibly stole it by killing, torturing palestinean people, puting them in jails, discpacing them into refugees in other countries and mkinf the biggest concentration camp in Gaza where they are killing and torturing them by starvation and debliration of medicine.

All this food is a very ancient Arabic food and it's soooooooo good when u have food mixed with a true old many 300 years olive tree and food mixed with this old holy soil just growing a vegetables considered as a jewels wow u r in oldest earth ground has history registeredAnd when Jews came to Palestine around 30tes from all around the world they have added there back round experience along with the Palestinians ancient food taste which enhance the overall taste and there knowledge which came up as an a complete product

There is no such thing palestine The British Mandate and the Romans invented the name to this territory there is no real history to the palestinians they never had real leaders Israel got promision from United Nations to be indepandent beacuse Israel has rich history and strong connection with this territory for thousands of years, palestinians are just refugees from arab countries that invaded this place That is the real truth everybody should check the history and facts

I like this guy mark I just don't like the impression on his face when hes eating and I don't like the way he uses the spoon and the fork. Hes always holding the camera I'm pretty sure that's ways they can Stand that camera When hes eating. They have so many things in the markets For cameras Now and days. You so famous he could get somebody to help him with a camera. And when is eating his mouth IS all dirty. Otherwise the guy is pretty cool I love his videos.

Dear mark the part of Asia that is called middle east by westerners because we call our self Asians if your country is located in Asia which middle east is, we eat raw onions with our food to add to taste but our food is with either bread or rice which is the main food we don't eat the onions like you just tried for example we dip the bread in humoos and put it in our mouth then take a bite of raw onions that is more delicious

Israel is a racist riligious entitiy which bring people from all over the world just because of their religion. They have Aliyah which is the immigration of Jews from the diaspora to the Land of Israel. On the other hand they kicked out millions of palestinians who were living there for generations and turned them into refugees ( 5 millions refugees ) the biggest number of refugees in the world because of what you call Israel.

It's really funny to me to see all these americans commenting about war because this is a Video about food in Tel Aviv, a City in Israel. Israel is one of the most advanced countries in the world, best healthcare you can get, on the Human Development Index higher than for example france, spain and italy and constantly improving in everything. These comments coming from a country that supports war is funny to me.

In a few words. I have never seen anyone eat like you do I just wish I could Taste a one thing that you think is amazing. I love how the Middle East eat. Nothing is odd. Like the the Asian Country's.
