Tendon meatballs are somewhat a delicacy in Java, Indonesia and we usually eat them in beef broth soup. There are even some giant ones (almost the size of a soccer ball) you can find on the streets of Jakarta and West Java. If you have a chance to go to Indonesia again, you should really give them a try Have a great day

watched the video of the food ranger with Mark some people just don't like Mark expression they said that mark 's over reacted and pretended when eatting food i think they just can't see or understand that mark is really enjoy and has strong passion about food i can see it in the first time that i watched mark 's video

i am wondering one thing. I know as an asian traveler that the food and preparation of it can cause first time foreigners to get sick. Maybe an ideo to take about this in a next video. what your experience was the first period or tips for first time travellers to thailand.

Great vid. Interesting to see the difference between the two beef type. The long boiled beef, back here in Belgium, it's called 'bouillie', meaning 'boilt', and is used in soups or long time stews. Perfect textureThanks for a great movie.

Can't wait until Sunday to see your big video. I found a solution to get away from buffering on 4K videos, i just added a second identical graphics card to my PC which eliminates buffering on all 4K content. Thanks Mark
