A MasterChef Brasil judge and lead singer of hardcore band Oit-o, Henrique Foga-a is a big, tattooed, ogre-like dude. His look contrasts with Sal Gastronomia, a small restaurant he runs in S-o Paulo. As he makes soft-shell crab-the place-s most lauded dish-Foga-a gets his diners' palates ready: -You eat everything, the brains, the eyes, it-s really gross. But it-s good. - In this episode of Chef-s Night Out, we take a food tour around the city with Foga-a, Badau- (CPM22 member) and Checho Gonzales. Amidst dirty jokes and laughs, they eat up tapioca dumplings and have a cold beer at bar Aconchego Carioca, then gobble up a bloody bife ancho (ribeye steak) at restaurant Arturito

Thats waygu, no way that kobe. Japan exports it ONLY to Hong Kong, no where else. -People keep throwing it out there like its easy to get. Its IMPOSSIBLE to get if you're not in Japan or Hoing Kong. Even in Japan its hard to get.

I can't eat anywhere where they don't wear gloves while preparing food. Notice how he wiped his brow and nose with his hand to clear away probably sweat, etc?

My kind of Chef's Night Out. Dudes who aren't obnoxious doughbelly hipsters with an entitlement syndrome. Too bad it was so short.
