This video was borderline obnoxious, like a polite circle jerk of self-important hipster chefs. I went to mission chinese 3 years ago in SF and I was entirely underwhelmed. The flavor profiles were muddled and unnecessarily complicated; not quite chinese but also not quite identifiable as chinese fusion. It tasted like the type of cuisine an asian person who was adopted by white parents would produce. which I guess makes sense.

ugh. I dont know how (no disrespect) he won chef of the year award? I have a weird thing against people who take Chinese food and then jack up the price by doing a few things. The whole idea of this restaurant /cuisine is ironically hipster isnt it?

I do not eat vegetables haven't for about 15 years also haven't been sick for 5 years and take a shit load of dabs wonder if im a medical mystery. either way I would like to see a carnivore munchies.

Tbh if I were u, I wouldn't go to that restaurant because he got closed down twice maybe because he sucks at doing things safe and clean for people to eat.
