One of the best omelette-cooking technique videos I've seen on Youtube. You're amazingly calm and confident. Kudos, brother. I've cooked eggs in many ways since ever, but making omelettes (specially cooking on the other side, has always been a bit intimidating. Watching this video just upped my level of confidence by a couple of notches. Still need more practice for the one-handed egg cracking, though. Thanks a lot. P. S. mmm --- mmm --- mmmmmm!

I've watched several videos and have been looking for this method for a week now as I saw it done in a buffet line. I even saw one of Jamie Oliver's and his method was alot of work and not all done in one pan. You're the only one that showed a 3 fold method and that looks super. I'm going to try that one first. Thanks for sharing your video!

All these people whinging about -classic- french omelettes. I'm gonna be honest, the interior of a classic french onion has a texture like a big mouthful of warm snot. It's nightmarishly disgusting. Just because my opinion is different doesn't mean its wrong. -Tradition- can blow a goat.

na he ruined the definition of an omelette, for me a real omelette is sear ingredients, place egg in and cook one side then flip half over so the middle is half cooked through. gives it a fluffy inside! a good analogy would be a medium rare steak only way to eat it!

Just some update: Ever since I started making my omelettes the way Chef E-Dubble makes it in this video, my experience has been brilliant. No more burnt omelettes, no more wasting too much time on them, just nice, quick and delicious. Thanks again: )

Glad to see you flip from the pan. So many people (chefs included) try to flip with a spatula, and wind up making a mess. I am 88 years old ans have cooked omelets all my life. I NEVER try to flip with a spatula. Love your video!

One man's opinion here: I absolutely hate this -classic- style of omelette. The sooner this nonsense stops the better. If you like this you're wrong. There is absolutely none of the magic of melty cheese and egg.

All those omellets looks delicious. i love how they taste Just with a little of soy sauce plus permesan cheese then right to the pan and then to me stomach. they taste great Just with those 2 ingredientes.

loved this guy! He can definitely teach me and a few others a few more techniques! commentary was great. And definitely didn't reach out of his realm. Would love to see more of his chill style videos.

dude chefs need to stop putting cilantro in shit! I know most of you can eat it but to me it's like if I were to squirt some dish soap on your omelette or sandwich. yeah not nice.
