To help make home made whipped cream easier, if you don-t have an electric whisk or don-t want to bother with one, put heavy cream into a clean, preferably smooth (without ridges for grip) empty water bottle or the like. Shake it up for a little, open it to give it air, then repeat. When it-s at the point when it-s getting thick (but still able to pour out) pour it in a bowl and use a spatula to scrape the sides of the bottle. Add your sugar and or vanilla extract if you want. Then get a whisk and finish turning it into whipped cream. For me this is easier and cuts down on those annoying first few minutes of whisking away like a mad man/woman.

Made this for my 6yr old daughter. She spent half an hour crying on the floor, after she realized she has to wait 3 hours for this shit to chill. Well, thanks for nothing Matty.

Damn. I watched it twice and didn't hear if the chocolate chips used were semi-sweet dark or milk chocolate. I prefer milk chocolate, so I guess I'll start there.
