Cara visits chef David Shim of COTE, a Korean-American steakhouse in New York City that serves a steak omakase that features A5 Wagyu, a 45-day aged rib-eye, and a 100-day aged steak, as well as marinated short ribs and more robin212212: Best discovery while eating at a Korean steakhouse; the kimchi (pickled fermented cabbage) goes great with steak; it's a great palate cleanser and the pickle flavor is an excellent contrast with the beef; try it!

Koreans also think that eating spicy boiling soup on a hot day cools you off. There's a lot of great Korean food but there's also a lot of dumbass superstitious shit like that skirt steak thing. It's like fan death for steaks. Also lol at putting korean short rib above wagyu. Gotta stick it to the Japanese in any way they can!

-You can really taste the funkyness of the funk on this dry aged funk. Especially when the funky funk gets funked into funking all funking day. Add a little extra funk to the funk and funk funk funk funk. -

I've been here. It's over -100 a person with tax and tip, you don't get rice until halfway into the meal, and experience leaves a lot to be desired. Unconventional experience does not mean great experience.

Blade steak is the absolute BEST/Cheapest steak idk why I don't see more videos people using that it seems everyone always uses a chuck for some reason I don't understand that.

Japanese yakiniku basically uses cows. -In Korea, pork and sauce are also served in Japan and in Korea, the type in which sauce is soaked-Korea copies Japanese things

More hosts like this that actually know food, and less hosts that don't know how to pronounce the name of ethnic groups and think that onion water is mind blowing.
