Lucas Sin believes in 10 inch cookware, and you should too. Lucas, of Junzi Kitchen in NYC, strategically prepares a 4-course meal with just three pieces of cookware: a 10 inch pan, a 10 inch pot, and a 10 inch lid. Lucas demonstrates the fluidity of moving between both vessels to blanch, braise, steam, and stir-fry, proving home cooking can be both high-quality and efficient. Angie: I do pretty much the same things like you. Chinese cooking shares the same method. I bought a lid especially for a pan Also the meatloaf is so Cantonese, like what my mum does all the time.

Funny thing is he's not showing me nothing I don't already know or do I literally use two cooking pans in my kitchen everyday my frying pan and my pot only thing different is my frying pan and pot isn't a set so therefore I can't use the 1 lid for both when I make rice I use my rice cooker if I'm baking meat I'll use aluminum pans but really I'll cook with two pans daily for breakfast lunch and dinner depending on my laziness I sometimes may use only 1 pan so I don't have to clean alot of dishes btw that entire meal came out great looks delicious

i dont like that you used the same water you used to double boil a meatbowl plate with bunch of tools in it to make your soup. Dont care if its been boiling or not. Im a professional cook and I wouldnt want my own food to be done that way. Just teach people to get fresh damn water and blanch vegie after to maybe retain some flavor or something. and I also would not put that hot bowl of meat loaf directly on top of your wet wooden cutting board. who trained you man.
