Reading all the comments about Vice should be afraid of the chinese communist partys consequences or their internet trollers/activists. It s easy: by silencing, censoring, brown nosing to this regime WE ALL give them the power to do whatever they want.
My advice: Get informed, read the extensive human rights reports about what is happening in East Turkestan (cn: Xinjiang, ask yourself why free press/media has not been allowed to visit the places of mass concentration camps, to conduct their own reports and researches in these areas. Most importantly: stop buying chinese produce that has been produced by forced labor. Inform your friends and family because injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. I mean, I'm sure there are two sides to every story, not denying that Uighurs are probably getting rough treatments right now.
But what the hell do you westerners expect the regular Chinese citizen to do? Revolting to overthrow the ccp that creates a huge power vacuum which will bring society instability once again.
You can't hold together a nation like China without getting dirty. Sometimes it's a necessary evil.

We need more outlets like Vice raising awareness on these heinous acts China is committing against innocent people. Its wild that in 2021 this is still going virtually unnoticed by the world. Basic human rights are gone. Meanwhile in America we have people complaining over garbage. God help these people.
