The fried egg, easier way. Oil covering the pan, low heat, shake your egg for ten seconds, put egg into middle of pan. The shake will keep the yoke in the middle. Depending on how low your heat, will depend on how long it takes. Once the egg white is cooking and solid, lift the pan at an angle to slide the egg to one side and submerge in oil, fifteen to twenty seconds in the oil, take egg out of pan place on paper towel let it rest and oil to drain from egg. Salt and pepper. Bingo.

Y'all, its not rocket science cooking a sunny side up without separating the yolk. Butter and low heat, season as soon as it goes on the pan, when the white is set 2/3rds through flip and turn off heat. Voila, runny yolk, perfect whites. Who has time to separate the yolk and throw the pan in the oven?

U can make preferct sunny side up eggs if u just cook it on low heat and cover your pan with lid for a 2-2. 5 minutes. Yolk is still runny and the whites are evenly cooked due to heat reflecting from the lid. U can make sure its cooked when the bottom of yolk becomes slightly foggy.

I usually put a small glass bowl in the boiling water. Then there's need for the vortex, which is unreliable. Plus you can do multiple poached. And if you ice bath them, it's easier to assemble eggs benedict.

I cook my eggs together and my yolk is always lovely and runny when the white is cooked perfectly. It s not hard lol. Having good eggs does make a difference though.

For that sunny side up egg - you can crack a whole egg into a skillet on low to medium-low heat and get the same result without separating/using the oven.

The poached and scrambled eggs are perfectly normal and legit, but you can tell how many people stopped taking the video seriously at the sunny side up

What does service time look like in a restaurant that serves that for breakfast? I love the crunchy texture of a fried Sunnyside up egg.
