The phrasing of the title is strange. I came here expecting that the employees were tradespeople or something. Should've gone with bartering. Also, I wonder if he's considered the tax consequences. IRS considers barters to be taxable in this context since he's running this as a business. How is he going to pay the taxes with no cash? Unless the IRS is willing to take pizza as payment xD.

With the right spreadsheet: I trade my pizza for your fish, the fish for some glasses, glasses for phone, phone for camera, camera for bike, bike for scooter, scooter for rare guitar, rare guitar for 96 Honda civic, Honda civic for meet and greet with vinn diesel, invited to his house, when you're here you're family, now I own 6 olive garden locations.

Unregular pizza is awesome. I was lucky enough to take part in a barter a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. Gabriele was awesome and very friendly. the pizza is great and very unique. many toppings and styles to choose from. Next time I'm in the city I will definitely be stopping by for a few slices.

It's very good and I can appreciate it for what it is. But 13 bucks a slice for the pepperoni, they need to find a better source for their ingredients. I'll be sticking with the New York OG's until they can. DiFara, Prince, Artichoke, don't go past 6 bucks and they use top-notch ingredients as well.

I don't think he will make it past 2 years, but I like the spirit in him! When he goes under he should switch to making it in his basement or backyard. I think he could do a very good business from home.

This is awesome honestly. Money is nice, but bartering is the most honest form of commerce. Money is necessary in the modern world, but I wish more people valued bartering.

How the hell can he afford this. A burrata is 10 a piece and all he's getting is food in return. Not sure how he's able to keep doing this.
