I felt sooo tense when he was shredding the potato. my arm would have locked up on me. Great recipe will try tomorrow. hopefully i can use the nutribullet to shred mines a little.

Sweet Potatos are yellowish and orange. A real yam is not native to the United States. But the orange ones are similar to a real yam just smaller.

wouldn't it be a good idea to save that potato water, full of vitamins, and add it to a broth or use it to deglaze a pan? Such a waste.
