With almost no ingredients. I'm always here for you. RandomRandy: Chicken should've been cut larger, and soaked in a mixture of egg whites and corn starch aka Velveting Procedure. The sauce looks like it has decent body. I would've added some aromatics to the chicken, but I sorta understand this is a straight forward Sweet & Sour Chicken recipe; so it's bare bones execution is as shown. I wonder what the black tar like stuff was that rubbed off on the chicken as it was cooking. You can tell the wok is very well seasoned; but food remnants isn't cool.

I didnt go through the comments very deeply, but did you say everyone is afraid of chicken death, and then cut the onions on the same board as the raw chicken? Cause ya, that's what it looked like. Love the videos btw. Keep it up.

I have made this a few times now and it's so simple and nice. It won't change your world but it's now part of my simple and quick mid-week go to meals. Thanks for another great recipe Sam!

too much ketchup, needs brown sugar or some honey. No need for starch either the sauce will caramelize in the pan at medium heat because of the added sugar so you get a nice texture.

Sam, am I missing something? I get the sour with the vinegar, etc. but I dont see the sweet part of the equation. ie, pineapple, sugar, etc.

Dude. I just sub to you to see your cool pantry here and there - and your awesome backyard setup. Your recipes are a bonus/ I guess.

Ya know a wet paper towel under the cutting board keeps it from slipping all over the place. You don't want to cut yourself again do you?

bare foot, hot oil, unprepared, bit of swearing, shitty old black bits in the wok, forgot the rice. brilliant!
