Hey asshole. How delicious am I? .PERFECT. Those look terrific and are very easy to make. Lot's of prep with cutting and dicing for Pico and toppings. but super good outcome. Good thing I'm better than you with a kitchen knife and I can almost do all that cutting and chopping at the speed you had to crank it up to so it didn't look like that much knife work. hahahah Good fajitas. I look forward to giving them a go.

Sam. tell the healthy eating weirdos to piss off! They are the same ones who demand healthy food from McDonald's and then won't buy it when they take up menu space for it. They're probably too lazy to cook that shit anyway. I mean who would waste their time? Tell 'em to go elsewhere to get their bird food. The only thing worse than dying is not living while you can!

Something I have been wondering about for awhile. all of my restaurant work experience as far as I can remember. They always use carbon steel pans for everything (or a flat top surface. If thats what the pros use, then are fancy expensive pans (ie. AllClad) really worth the additional cost?

Fajita is literally Spanish for Little Skirt. Skirt Steak = Fajita. Any other cut of meat =/= fajita. A lot of Americans use the term fajita loosely and apply it to things like chicken and shrimp. Those aren't beef skirt steak cuts. Fajita is a cut of beef, not a cooking style.

Im the cook in our house and we love many different nationalities but Mexican food is one of our favorites. How do you get your chicken and steak pulled apart wheres is just meat strings/fibers? Do you just sit and pull it apart or is there a trick to it? I think its so good!

Just tested that. It really is amazing and immediately entered my favourite's list. However I prefer full fat Bulgarian yogurt with just a bit of smashed fresh garlic in it, instead of the non-fat greek yogurt. It adds even more freshness, like the final lime sprinkle.

Like the new digs, but the backyard is FAAAARRRRR better. How can you yell at Astro or the local gardeners from an apartment above your Not Not Taco place? I understand the reasons, but the old vibe was what always made me laugh. Please go there when you can.
