Not even close to 1 steak, but. looks good regardless. Thanks for sharing, sandwich looks extra amazing! :) That said, pls be sure to properly disclose those affiliate links. That they are one, stating above them so consumers are made fully aware before already clicking away. and that you will gain commission based on ANY purchases made. As both a viewer & consumer, would be greatly appreciated. Enjoy! Stay safe & be well.

More pineapple facts: Lime juice and Asian pear do the same thing. Instead, buy a good steak, treat with lime juice, sprinkle pineapple wedges with cinnamon and sugar and throw them on the grill! Eat them with the steak. Women that. um. are in the know, so to speak, will tell you that pineapple is a semen flavor enhancer. My wife gives me some (pineapple) every day. Yeah, not kidding.

Guga Fan here. and just a damn good food fan too. But you better patent this sandwich. or I will open a food stand and serve this sandwich at 20 per. And it'll cost me 'almost' nothing. I'll make a killing off your idea. Well, not really. I'm too lazy for that, but what you just made is making me want to buy the cheapest steak and turn it into food orgasm. js.

in regards to the pineapple rind, no the top mind you, you can make a great simple syrup. throw it all into a pot, cover with 8 cups of cold water and 1 1/2 cups of sugar. bring to a boil then simmer 15 min. shut off and let stand 1 hour. strain and decant to a bottle, cool and use in cocktails or wherever else you use simple syrup. mostly cocktails. enjoy!

I don't marinade them but I get chuck/shoulder steaks from the guy that we split a 1/4 cow with. I put them on the smoker for about 60-90 minutes at a low temp and they come out tender. Not filet tender but beefy, juicy with a nice bounce-back chew. I will try the pineapple alongside the smoker and see how it turns out.

I've used pineapple for years as a tenderizer on cheaper cuts of steak and venison. Works great. After about an hour I would add some worcester sauce, olive oil and some garlic and put back in fridge for an hour. Take it out and let sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before cooking.

This is a really interesting video. I think that the way this would work best is on a piece like NY Strip that you can get at Costco for about 7. 49/lb. It's a good cut. it's not Ribeye or Fillet but it's not Chuck either. Bravo for making this video.

Your are supposed to leave the side on and just grind up the whole mess. And your chop was cool but the person in most danger was behind the camera if you somehow lost grip on that knife turning it into a projectile. It was a very kool shot tho!

The more recent videos dont sound that great in my headphones. Everything is muffled to a large extent. It is unbearable to watch on my pc. Love to find out the problem. Been here since 2016 keep up the good work.
