So I've been thinking about this for a bit and I think I can put my best reason forward. So to begin, my love for food was home grown with my papa having 2 restaurants and my dad working at both. So I learned a lot then that got through my time in the military. Whenever I cooked it brought me home and while I did serve 6 years in the USAF (no time combat not trying to slide that card in) anytime I cooked pretty much anything I always felt better. Fast forward and my family and I have this love for food and cooking and eating and the whole experience in general. We have followed other chefs and done a lot of checking of celebrity chefs (think Bobby Flay, Emeril, or Gordon) and the food looks great. The issue was the shows are always bleh and not fun to watch. I would say even if I didn't like your recipes the show you and Max put together are so enjoyable. Its just been great to sit down and be like what recipes do we want to watch or what are we making this weekend. So Sam your style of cooking is right up my alley, big flavors, big fat and having fun in the kitchen. So even if this isn't the post that wins we will continue to watch your show for the laughs, the rants, and most definitely the food. Thank you guys so much! Also no proof of it but I do talk about you guys at work and to my family that doesn't watch you guys.

Your cooking shows are raw, fun, and make me laugh because you say what you want to say and feel how you want to feel. To me that makes a genuine person who they are. Your shows have made me want to cook more, grill more and experiment and tweak some of your recipes. I've grown up watching my mom cook and slowly but surely helped her out with cutting onions and stirring pots until she eventually began showing me how to cook. I'm no expert by no means, but I like to cook. Thank you for spending countless hours filming shows and showing us your take on cooking something we all know and love. Thank for showing your ass and yet bring humor and laughter in what you and all your friends and family help you to accomplish.

Ive been watching you since back in the day when you started on TV. Every night we watch you while we are having dinner! Its awesome, we are entertained and learn new ideas for future dinners! I would bring my awesome lady Nancy. Best thing is, we are not kids. Better thing is we are not old farts! We would have a blast hanging out with you and Max and we certainly wont be a drag! We are fun people! And we arent brown noses, so you wont see a million comments, but know we watch and like every video you do! We comment to each other and have a blast! Well there ya go, pick us and you wont be disappointed and we will be elated!

I don't really remember how I came here (probably YT suggestions what to watch, but. what matters the most. I'm staying here for a long time! I like the style you cook and, as a Polish foodie, like your style of doing things. Fat means flavor to the maximum! :D I've also invited my friend Pawel to watch every movie and his ultimate nemesis is, as he likes to say it, fcking wagyu sandwich you made couple of time ago. It's amazing time spending chill time & cooking with you & watching every episode thinking What he gonna do next. That's my kind of story - thank you for your work and keep doing it!

The wife and i found you early this year and love your cooking and lack of mouth filter. We have watched most of your videos and made many of your recipes including; chicken fried steak, sandwiches, chicken marinara, burgers and the cooked in oil tomahawk ribeye! My wife bought me new cooking gear for my birthday because of all the videos i've watched. She got me a garlic press, cookie sheets with silpat baking mats and racks. I use the chosen food avocado oil that you have recommended. We would love to come to San Diego and meet you, Max, Louis and go to Not Not tacos! Please pick us!

This might be the only time I get to try wagyu or kobe beef! Your special twist on everything has totally changed almost my entire family and some co-workers outlook on food! How do you come up with all the different sauces(HOLY S) HAHA! I even think my girlfriend is jealous of you sometimes. Sam, my boyfriend and I love your videos. We have tried a couple of your recipes and they were MmmMMMmmMMm! If I got the chance to meet you, I'd have to make you my white girl enchiladas (there's a long story behind the name and it includes a trip to Poland, some creativity [or lack thereof], and wanting to be a cool kid by making some Tex Mex. My 13 year old son got me into STCG a few months ago but Sam won me over on the Korean FIRE Chicken video. My wife slapped the sht out of me when I said I wanted to spatchcock a chicken (it justs sounds sooo dirty, but she tried it and now thoroughly enjoys watching me spatchcock. Thanks Sam for making cooking fun and for allowing me to find new ways to embarrass my wife and kids! I have a video (seriously) of me spatchcocking, but Im afraid it may not survive YouTubes Terms of Service.
