If you need breakfast ideas this one pan breakfast skillet recipe is ridiculously easy - just sayin'. Megan: Noticed the type of oil you use and was wondering if you've ever used Grape seed oil in your cooking. I personally found after surviving Pancreatic Cancer that my body can't process most high smoke point oils like Lard, Vegetable, Avocado, Canola, Peanut oil & low smoke point oils like olive oil. I had to really do a deep dive study, through trial and error, and trips to emergency room when I was figuring all this out, that the only oil my body could handle was Grape seed. I learned that when an oil starts to smoke, it becomes a carcinogen, a cancer causing poison that I'm then going to throw or mix my food into! I think not! So I started using Grape seed oil and I absolutely love it! When ya cook with it all you are smelling is the food your cooking because it really has no smell and when you taste your food all your tasting is the food that you cooked because it's a tasteless oil, so you get this incredible burst of cleanness from your vegetables. Plus it's naturally low carb and an antioxidant to boot. Okay that's my Grape seed oil spill. plug. promo! So have you ever cooked with it before?

The Boss (i. e. Wife) made this last night (05/16/2020) and it was damn good. We don't do pork (we try to keep kosher - except we fail at times) so she left out any meat. She also didn't add the garlic as you did. She asked me about the eggs and I came back to this video and told her to set the oven at 400 and put it on the bottom rack (that's what it looked like in the video) for 10-12 minutes. When she checked the whites were really runny. So, we kept putting it in. When we had eaten it, the yokes were somewhat solid. Still darn good. So, I guess we'll just have to try it again. Oh Darn! LOL

Sam. Have you tried the rolled tacos place on Logan and Cesar Chavez? Its easy to find at lunch time by the long lines. Only open from 11-3 They have the best chicken Rolled Tacos and a killer chili sauce you've got to try. Get a side of beans and rice, No disappointments. Your welcome.

omg idk why i watch these videos when I am intermittent fasting! Love cast iron pans! I also really love using metal utensils instead of plastic. Really helps maintain the cooking part of the pan since it does a great job cleaning out the food bits.

I make this. I switch it up using different meats and veggies but the same concept. And, yes in my cast iron cookware. It's fun and flavorful. Yummy. Thank you 4 sharing this Sam: -)Jay

I've been doing this for a long time but I like doing two and three meat combos, like with a pizza and I also like mine with, jalapenos, red pepper flakes and habanero sauce.
