try Persian 'barg' chicken kebab next. if made correctly its the most tender chicken you'll ever have. it literally can be as tender as that salmon piece! and because its so thin, the smell and taste is out of this world.
some tips: use open fire not any kind of grilling mesh. don't over marinade.

Sam you put me on Japanese mayo and since I tried it I never looked back. I used to get it on amazon. Found an Asian market by me and they have an endless supply and it s cheaper!
