Sam, you should make Springfield style cashew chicken! It originated in Springfield MO by David Leong. David Leong was born in China but came to the U. S. in 1938 to escape the Japanese occupation of China. He joined the army in 1942 and survived Omaha beach on D Day. He ended up settling in Springfield MO and opened a restaurant in 1963 where he created Springfield style cashew chicken and the rest is history. I ve eaten cashew chicken in other parts of the country. Those versions suck. Springfield style is definitely the best. The recipe is easy to find if you Google it. I would love to see you make this!

Jeeze. what's a guy gotta do to get some free shit? I missed out on the avocado oil (which I now always stock, wasn't eligible for the EVO (I have one already. 13 years and still going strong, ordered from Thrive Market, bought the flowery aperitifs from Haus, got the Hakiri knife (want to order the new ones, but can't seem to find them on the site, and ordered the cookbook, too. Would love to get a signed one for my collection, and give the copy I bought to my brother for Christmas. Is that too much to ask?

I m from STL, MO and one dish that I am proud to say originated here is toasted ravioli. They are meat filled ravioli like you normally see then they are coated in a seasoned breading and deep fried. Some people bake theirs, but they don t get crispy enough for me (and I know you like your crisp, Sam) serve them with a tomato or meat sauce and BAM! So damn good! Would love to see your guys take on this STL staple!

I've told my wife that I need to have an outdoor kitchen like yours in order to make these superb dishes. She didn't say no so in my mind it's a yes. I only got the stink eye for about a day after a I bought a bobcat. lol

My husband and I have made a few of yours dishes and I have to admit I love the recipes that you have done. We have made the Parmo and it was fabulous. And our kids loved the Fat Bubba. The Breakfast Burrito was perfect and we watch your videos every chance we get to see if it is something that we would like to make.

As a chef, I am usually pretty judgmental and sometimes you do things that make me wanna yell at you lol but your ideas are so creative! I find myself making your recipes and they are wonderful. I loved what you did in this video and I will be making it this week.

I cannot wait to try that out. Say - for regional dishes - now that winter is upon us, how about some nice hotdishes (tater tot, etc. For the rest of the country, that's casseroles. Or a nice juicy lucy if you want to stay in the burger world?

I am always sharing your videos with my family, and even my ex girlfriend, who lives in Scotland. I am disabled atm, and can't cook like I used to, but after I have my surgery, I plan on cooking a lot of your recipes! Keep up the good work!
