Great cook. if the panty is short of the pork panko, probably could sub rice chex and chicharrones (processed in a food processor) which you can add some seasonings. That would make some good chicken tenders or nuggets, move over McDonald's, game changer coming! Enjoy your new cookbook, I always repurpose leftovers. PS: Thanks for introducing Kewpie, I really enjoy the delicate flavor.

Hi Sam love the show and I watch it religiously. Could you share recipe(s) with crispy skin salmon in them? I love crispy skin-on salmon, but i cant seem to find any recipes with skin-on salmon in your history. Thanks!

Pork Rind Panko is a common breading substitute ingredient in diabetic recipes, where every f'ing carb is considered the anti-Christ. Likewise for Atkins freakazoids. Been around a while now.
