Filipino spaghetti is everywhere in the Philippines, even at McDonald’s. I am married to a Filipina for the last 17 years. Some Filipino foods she makes is incredibly delicious, and then there are the others, not so delicious foods. Filipino spaghetti is one of the others. I just can’t stomach Filipino spaghetti. I do love Jollibee chicken though What amazes me At the Mall of Asia in Manila (malls are extremely popular in the Philippines, there is a KFC and a Jollibee side by side. The Jollibee gets a fair amount of customers, but the KFC is always packed with no place to sit. Jollibee in my opinion is far, far better than KFC.

Whaaat! Filipino spaghetti Black people, my people have been putting hot dogs in spaghetti and brown sugar (is to cut the acidity that may cause heartburn ) for the longest time! At least my 52 years of eating food well I guess what makes theirs difference is that banana ketchup. But every time someone says something about Filipino I can identify with it like how come Filipino got the bomb Fried Chicken now when black people have always been known for the fried chicken I'm starting to think Filipinos and black people are a little more alike than what the world wants to show but it slowly seeping out.

Its a bit of a chore trying to find a better hot dog than those Kirkland dogs sold in Costco. The big ones sold in the blue package with I believe 14 dogs per package. Amazing flavor they have.
Next down are the Hebrew National dogs and then our grocery store favorite that have the skin are Hoffy Hollywood, they are truly amazing for those who want the snap of the casing.
Banana ketchup. interesting. BTW that chicken looked very good with that gravy!

I moved from Cincinnati area ie NORTHERN Kentucky to Florida, now I cannot find what we called a steak hoagie or Stromboli steak anywhere, help me figure out how to make those tasty beef patties, can be served with pizza sauce and provolone with pickles and onions or my fave mushroom sauce or gravy with onions provolone and optional banana peppers

Here in the American Deep South. I doubt Filipino hotdogs will be readily available. However we do have what we call Red Hots. They look very similar to what you just showed. They're sweet and spicy. Do you think they would make a good substitute

My wife is Filipina. all Filipino spaghetti is sweet, to the point my wife thought I was making pasta sauce wrong when we first started dating because wasn't that sweet. And gravy for dipping with fried chicken is absolutely a thing over there.

Sam. 69 year old Granny to 9 here. Love the tshirt. Any way I can get 13 of them For my girls, SILs, husband and I and grandkids. We spend a couple of weeks in August all together and would love to be able to have us all wear these!

As a Filipino my recipe for spaghetti is to use skinless Filipino longanisa meat and jamonado instead of ground beef and hotdogs. They are already sweet so you don’t have to use brown sugar. I wish we had a Jolibee here in Atlanta!

Love Filipinos.
Worked with a bunch of them in a Calgary meat cutting plant
back in the 70's.
What is your cutting board made of
It sounds like you are cutting on a stone.

I'm Filipino and I can't stand meat with some sweetness, but I love Rao's pasta sauce so I'm going to try this version minus the banana sauce and brown sugar. Ha! And I need a knife.

Cruise ships make tons of this stuff for the crew (as there are lots of Filipinos of course. Some of the crew from other nations either love or hate it. I loved the stuff.

I remember eating dinner at a Filipino friend’s house. Told me we were having spaghetti. Was shocked when I saw the hot dogs in there. But was delicious

In Maine, we have red hotdogs. The Jordan's red snappers or Maine red snappers. They are the best hot dogs ever. Plus the clear pot is cool too

The Filipino Flauta is back. About to watch. Better be on point. 3rd strike and you're basically a full fledged racist. Good luck, Colonizer.

Bro you can do the Filipino accent. If anything we'll just appreciate the recognition and effort. At worst, we'll just laugh if it's really bad.

You may as well skip just about every Western inspired Asian dish. Outside of fried chicken I can't think of another one that's any good.

Jolly spaghetti has a nice smokiness from what I believe is diced smoked ham. Maybe smoked paprika from the Spanish influences!
