A relative who knew some Taco Bell owners back in the day saw boxes of hamburger that were marked, grade E barely edible, and I have never eaten any beef from Taco Bell since then.
There is this nifty plastic tool that chops up hamburger very fine in the pan, with little effort, and the other end has a masher. It’s very useful in the kitchen. it’s about 8 inches long and the hamburger chopper part has a crisscross in the center. thanks for the video.

Taco Bell used to have just a tostada on the dollar menu that was great, and they canceled it (dick heads. I haven't heard of the cheezit tostada yet but yours looks awesome. Also, you need a ground meat chopper (looks like a windmill on the end of a stick. Make some Italian meat sauce/marinara. I've been looking for a good recipe. Help a fellar out will ya Lol. Pennybrawner2102 has a good idea with the beans and pickled jollies.

In defense of Taco Bell, can you put a tostada together in 45 secs That's the time they actually have to put an order together and in the bag. Possibly out the window. So in the words of MK, Test Your Might! Oh yeah, if you want, put your sour cream in a caulk gun to help out with speed.

I have zero desire to have the taco bell version, I doubt I would ever make your version. Not a cheezit fan at all. Yet here I am watching the video anyway. At times I question my choices in what I watch. I will say it looked appealing, and would try it if someone else cooked it.

Well, I can honestly say that's one thing I have never seen in the land down under Australia. (where women glow and men thunder) (Men At Work song) you might remember it Sam, I don't think your kids will. Youth is so wasted on the young. Will you send a knife to Australia

I would eat this nor would I make this. Looks good but not what I want to eat. Another pasta idea, I hear Italians love Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Do a pasta dish with cream cheese and see what you take it. Carbonara Just one idea. Do the research, a little time saver.

When I worked at Taco Bell, way back, like 75 years ago, we used a potato smasher, five pounds of beef, taco seasoning, in a big aluminum pan, And we didn't drain the fat. Oh, and by the way, we did all the other food prep by hand

FYI: Taco Bell meat comes in as a dry powder. They mix it with boiling water and call it beef. I find all their practices questionable.
(My granddaughter managed a Taco Bell in FL, hence the inside scoop. You guys ROCK!

Maxi! Bro! It’s 4 times as big! There’s is 25% of yours. Yours is 75% bigger (possibly the first time you’ve heard that)Hahaha. Too much of that Cali got into to you. Love the show and you guys make it great!

I tried the Cheez-It crunch wrap a couple weeks ago. Tasted exactly like the regular crunch wrap. The Cheez-It might as well not even been there. The good news is, the diarrhea has stopped.

I heard it wasn't very good! The cheezit is basically a yellow colored flavorless cracker. I do believe yours would be way better, but I probably won't make it, nor would I buy one from TB

I've been wanting to try the Taco Bell Cheez IT tostada but can't bring myself to go to taco bell lol! Thank you for making it so that my husband and I can now try it! You guys rock!

Fast food has really gone downhill the last few years, and thats saying something, because it really hasnt been all that good since the 90's, maybe the early 2000's.

Is there a time limit on which comment gets picked Like do you have to comment within the first hour or 2 Or do you just wait until the next day and pick a random comment

I’ve found I like treating my taco meat like a braise. Low and slow-ish and keep cooking it down. It helps get to that softer texture. Also make sure it’s 80/20

i actually liked the cheez-it crunch wrap so im going to have to make this. thank you for everything u do. iv learned a lot from u over the years.

Taco bell is delicious - you just got to know what you're signing up for. Spitting out a bite of a crunchwrap is food content virtue signaling lol

Hey back in the 70s the OG Taco Bell was great. and I believed they used black olives on a few items. put the black olives back in the bell.

Sam, just send me a damn knife and don't make me say please, and don't make ask twice. You're awesome! Lastly, less Max and more Chance XOXO

I've had the Cheez-It Tostada at Taco Bell and it wasn't very good. This from a Taco Bell fan. I definitely think your version is MUCH better.
