Sam. Love it! I'm from the UK. during the cold season (pretty much all the seasons here in the UK TBH) we love a one pot slow cooked shoulder of lamb with all the veggies, including swede, parsnips, carrots, potato, red onion, tomato puree, and for the stock, beef / lamb stock cubes, mint sauce and red current jelly. served with extra mint sauce to taste. Prolly one of the best home comfort winter meals out there! Prep done. bang it in the oven. go to the pub, come back 4 hours later. Fukin YUM!

This looks great, but two things:
1) you best be using Kirkland Organic peanut butter from Costco because there is no better. Peanuts and salt are the only ingredients. So peanutty. There is NO better. Skippy and Jif are the devil's peanut butters.
2) I am NOT a sweet potato fan, can I substitute carrots or something else

For fun: if the peanut butter were the star of the show I would have expected more. I had to pause to see. Which then makes me wonder what kind of peanut butter. Is it traditional paste with sugar or natural I don’t care. Just saying it wasn’t the star of the show. Looks good and I’ll try. No worries and appreciate the comment.

I had the pleasure of accidentally having this at Sing Sing's, it was in a small town. Asian fast food/ market in Long View, Washington state. I missed this after they closed down for unknown reasons. Thank you for resurfacing this memory and awesome dish. Thank you Sam! On my weekend lunch list. Awesome work!

Sam your so cool to watch! I received one of you knives for Christmas and absolutely love it! I'm a huge fan mate, I would love to see your take on Indian cooking. We are massive fans of curry in the UK. Indian cuisine is one of my favourite ways of cooking and to see you do it would be epic!

Sam your vids are getting better by the year. Production and all. I love the way you refer to your sons as 'lads'. Not sure why, but anyone who has ever called me a lad was a nice guy for sure. Now I call people lad. Yes, old guy here from your home Country.

Max I thought someone like you who went to college would know how to count onion, plus sweet potatoes, plus tomatoes, plus chicken thighs and plus peanut butter is 5 ingredients, not 2! And I’m not even done watching so maybe there are even more ingredients!

I'm a peanut butter fan so I'm definitely going to try this one. I do have a recipe request & I hope that I'm not to late. I'm always saving our turkey carcass & later turning it into a soup. Sam, do you have a spin on turkey soup Cheers boys.

I wonder if shrimp would work in that. I use to eat peanut butter shrimp at Scampi’s restaurant in South Padre Island Texas. Closed years ago. That dish was excellent. I will try this recipe with the shrimp and then chicken. Looks damn good.

Sam, I'd really like it if you made some Thai food, like a green curry, pork belly red curry. I know you are in San Diego, but the rest of the country is in cold and snow so we need something that will warm the soul.

Peanut Chicken! I love that shit!
We raised 4 kids making that dish 1-2 times a week. Everyone always loved it and still loves it to this day!
Outstanding twists in yours. Can’t wait to try it tomorrow!

I am sure there is other editors involved - however I choose to blame Max for the Mexican (Maxican) Omelette mix (Max) up! And you better believe I yelled Max! at the screen in my best Sam impression.

I simply cannot do peanuts in anything other than peanut butter or the nuts on their own. This did make me think (for some reason) that I would like to see you make more Indian cuisine. And. Go!

Sam, Boys, I’m dying to see you make Chicken cordon bleu!
Never have been able to understand why you don’t make this so if there is a reason I think everyone would love to know!

Sam I think it would be cool if you did an episode making a typical street style zapiekanka from Poland, and then after made your own better version. Cheers from a Texan in Warsaw

Nostalgic for me ate this everyday while I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guinea. Still make it periodically. It's delicious. Really need some Maggi cubes though. Give it a try--

Sam and boys I have a challenge for you. Make an amazing gluten free burger bun with a juice burger with all the fixings. Making a gluten free burger bun is difficult.
