I came up with a sammich of my own recently. It's a Caesar BLT Club.
Three slices of toast, and I think the best way is to mix the mayo and Caesar dressing together (about 2 to 1) because the dressing on its own would be too wet for a sammich.
To start, build a BLT as you normally would. You're an adult, you don't need to be told what to put on a BLT.
Then after your top slice of toast, add some large-ish leaves of romaine, shaved parm, and some extra bacon bits. Add mini croutons if you like some texture on your 'mich (I do, and then more mayo/dressing on the toast lid.
I have a feeling crispy onions would go well on here but I haven't tried it yet.

Hey Sam, good stuff. have been checking you out for a while. I'm sure you probably have been done this or seen it before, but I find crushed Corn Flakes are the best coating over Panko for the air Fryer. Just personal opinion. wanted to throw that out there. I do Corn Flakes on Boneless wings and it is rocking.

does white spot still exist i grew up in north vancouver in the 80s. my dad would get me the pirate meal which came in a big cardboard pirate ship with your food nestled in and a gold chocolate coin in the crows nest. then when i got older i would eat there once a week at least. great stoner food.

You do need to be careful regarding how long you keep those biscuit tubes in your fridge. I've had them explode in mine before. lol Scared the crap out of me. Couldn't figure out where the noise came from or what happened until in the morning when I opened the fridge. What a mess. LOL

I like raspberry jam but the seeds piss me off. Seedless, when you can find it, is great. Outside of that, strawberry and blueberry are faves. Perhaps the blueberry would work better with the bacon

Interesting! When we would catch bass we used to marinate our filets in franks prior to the flour step then deep fry it. Not sure if you have ever tried it that way but that the only way I would make fish now!

You should make pastalaya. It is basically jambalaya cooked with your favorite pasta, I like it with angel hair. Some people add cheese like a little velveeta and cream cheese. But man it’s great!

The PBJB is nice but should of gone full Ballistic Elvis. A former restaurant The Iron Barley in St. Louis made it. PBJ, bananas, pepper jack cheese and add bacon. All toasted on the flat top.

I literally just purchased an air fryer and I'm gonna be using the STCG playlist for recipes soon lol. All these were interesting ideas. I'd 100% add deep fried banana to the first one though.

In 1963 my parents bought a house in Coquitlam it had a greengage tree and Mum made some of the best jam we ever tasted it was a little runny so we would pour it on ice cream so good.

Great job on those sandwiches. Guess for you, when you cooked the bacon was there a drip pan under it or did the grease just drip off onto the bottom of the air frier
