These EGGS!
You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs.
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo (Kewpie for sure)
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. Do not over mix or it will separate!
Put mixture in eggs I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers.
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top of each.

Yes Max, you are an idiot. You left out an entire word.
Remember people, equal fat and flour. That’s how you make a roux. Context matters.
I’m guessing you failed English class.
Sam, I have a gripe. You keep putting black pepper in everything. It was not ever an ingredient in traditional Mexican food. It adds nothing and detracts from the proper flavor profile. It’s way more common in British and European food, way too common in my opinion. Try using less for a while.

I got these things a while ago from Taco Bell when they were part of one of their boxes. I don't think they are an item by themselves on the menu here anymore. When I got the box I believe it was either $7 or $9 for everything that was in there. They are tiny so there's no way I'd ever pay that much just for those things. Maybe $3 but definitely not twice that. Hell, both of them combined isn't as big as a regular crunchwrap supreme and it was cheaper.

I have been patty melt crunch wraps for a while and this video has me excited.
If anyone is interest just cook up a burger some onion plop it down on a tortilla add cheese fold it up and toast it in the pan you cooked everything is. Nice grit and if its not completely sealed the cheese seals all!

There is a burger that originated in Iowa called a maid-rite burger! It is a loose meat burger and I guess they get pissed. If you say it is comparable to a sloppy Joe! There is no tomato sauce in it. My daughter and her husband really like it and said it is like nothing else they’ve ever had!

Ehy not dig deep into your Canadian roots and show americans the real raco bell masterpiece, Fries supreme!
Growing up in a birder city, all the 19 yr old americans coming to xanada to drink had their music nds blown when they went for their post drinking taco bell and tried fries supreme

Ohhh Sam! Your right we do get hurt when people don't use our green Chile! I'm afraid to say you didn't either, that brand is actually not hatch green chile even though it says Hatch right on it! It's a long and complicated story but that isn't Hatch green Chile, but we appreciate the effort.

Thanks for showing us this. Yeah, Taco Bell has gotten TOO EXPENSIVE, and they're now TOO BIG for their Little Britches. Please, also, show us how to do the Chicken Cantina soft taco. I'd like to know how to make the chicken. Because no one has a recipe for Cantina Chicken yet.

Dumb. Just some more content and attitude. Seriously, how many times can you remake the circle, Sam Tons, Bob! We'll just throw in comedy and exposition and some filmwork. You're dying Sam. You're like Disney Movies, nothing new, just recycling and polishing.

It's quite clear what he meant. I wasn't confused hearing it the first time. It was a directive, pop in a comma. People, equal fat and flour. If you really need it, which you really shouldn't, you can add People, (use/put in) equal fat and flour.
reply

no wonder it's expensive. It's an inverted pot sticker that's even more labor intensive than the original pot sticker.
Uhhh--why buy this Put the same ingredients in an open faced taco. Wait--they've done that already. Bad idea here.

The 'People = Fat Flour' bit was greatness! First the fact that it was said, but then you're editing (Max) had me laughing! I think the moment you get to 'People =' you know that saying has gone sideways. Keep up the great content!

And. you were not playing the correct song. you know, Montego Bay. Rookie move as Chud would say

Sam I know you don’t like orange cheddar because the color but it’s typically colored with anatto seeds which is the primary in achiote paste used in el pastor. So it’s actually fitting for a Mexican inspired dish.
reply

It is not white cheddar it is cheddar that has not been dyed yellow orange in cow's milk is white that's cheese color come on brother even though you're from Canada and California Virginia boy talking here brother

I'll show you how to makem, but better then you aren't showing us how to make them. If you were showing us how to make them, they wouldn't be better or worse. They would be exactly the same. Words have meaning.
reply

As I said on the Bell Beefer episode, if you want the same idiomatic meaning that voila is in French, in Spanish you'd say, Mira. Voila literally means look there, and Mira means look.
reply

Too cute
I definitely would make this. I haven’t been to TB in decades. Your version looks delish. I think I might try the flat/round unsalted corn chips for the crunch part.

reply

I just finished reading Forbidden Chef Secrets and honestly, it's packed with stuff I’ve never seen in regular cookbooks. The way it explains everything changed how I cook at home.
