it is sad when u have to apologize for saying white today. lol we do all need to get back to getting along. in the early 2000s we got along cause everyone was taught not to see race. today everyone is taught to see race but not white. lol i know u were joking for the most part but still if u have to joke about it, it means its gone to far out in the world and even you see its ridiculous. 99% of the population isnt racist. but it seems people with a narrative make sure to put that 1% that are into the light and make their voices louder. its really sad. other than that. good vid. i may make this at some point. thank you.

What an amazing concept! Im definitely making this today! On a different but special note. Sam you live In Dago. For those not knowing what dago is. Sunny San Diego! So when I mention Sushi the money just disappears from your wallet! OK I'm talking about quality sushi! IYKYK! What be Sam's favorite rolls and ok what are the boys favorite rolls Then what's your secret to making amazing rice! We just attacked Iran and gas is going to be super expensive! Please help me and making my comfort foods more affordable again!

I did this dish a few months ago but slightly different. I cooked the pasta half way and stood them up on end in a pie pan. Then the meat sauce was put into the noodles. Cover with cheese and bake for 25 or so minutes. You can also use Sour cream or yogurt in the sauce. It's basically an Alfredo sauce with a meat protein is what you made.

Love bolognese but trying yours next. Looks great. I'll tweak in a bit without the pancetta and use ground turkey and evaporated milk instead of cream because I'm older than you. I like the red one I make but wine appeals more to me than tomato sauce. When you have gout you have to watch everything you eat. Cheers.

Looks good, actually milk is called for in traditional bolognese so its just skipping the tomato paste/puree and cream instead of milk to thicken it. And since you've already corrupted the traditional bolognese that any Italian would cry over lol then mushrooms might be another nice addition

Vermouth is not shelf stable. It needs to be refrigerated after opening, and used within 2-3 months. Ever had a really bad martini It’s that vermouth that has been in your liquor cabinet for too long. It’s fortified wine. REFRIGERATE!

Come on Sam, have you never watched Lidia Put the panchetta and vegetables in the processor together and you have a nice pestata and then you shoulda finished the pasta in with the sauce for a minute or two. Still looks good.

LMNT has too much salt in it. Stick with the salt from your cooking, and get your potassium from food. I’m gonna try that bolognese though! BTW, if you make red bolognese, you’ll get a good slog of potassium as well.

Just made that and it was super awesome as you lot might say over there with your daft cup measurements. Might have chucked in chestnut mushrooms and a little bit of smoked paprika too for the win.

I'm gonna give this a try. Hopefully it turns out better than the chicken riggys recipe, because something was off about it, and it didn't taste good, both times I attempted it.

Just one small point, Bolognese isn't a race it's a sauce. So I think this makes you a sauce-ist. Maybe.

I don't think he need the butter and oil in the beginning since he didn't like all the oil when pancetta was done.

Love the ground pork - done a similar bolognese but with ground chicken and bacon on bow-tie pasta for a pot luck dinnerthere were no leftovers.
