These EGGS!
You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs.
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo (Kewpie for sure)
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. Do not over mix or it will separate!
Put mixture in eggs I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers.
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top of each.

How about a Puerto Rican style sando
-Top bun
-Mayokechup (a PR staple)
-Platanos (Maduros if you like sweet, Tostones if you like savory)
-Pickled Red onions with julienned carrots
-Roasted Pork shoulder (Pernil)
-More Mayokechup
-All on some lightly buttered and toasted Pan de Agua buns
Add a little passion fruit mojito and you gotta real treat

Peppercorn sauce for steak. l had some green peppercorns that I bought by mistake (I was aiming for capers, they were next to each other. Oops) Trying to use them up, I made peppercorn sauce for a steak, with brandy and heavy cream, etc. Those darned green peppercorns had the consistency of gravel. Have you any remedies or hints Love to see a video on this.

Nope, no damn papaya. That thing smells like heaven and tastes like toddler puke. I am going to pass on this one. I love everything else you make, though! Oh, and yes, I've made your recipes at home, so they're family-tested and family-approved. I'm just going to skip this one, unfortunately.

The shredder is meant for cabbage. When you shred a half cabbage from the top, across it has the proper structure to shred in the way you're looking for. Give it a go next time you want to make a slaw or something with a green/drumhead cabbage (it probably won't work with a savoy!

Can you please make Mongolian BBQ on your EVO like you would find at a Mongolian BBQ restaurant. It would be awesome to see you take the proteins, vegetables noodles and sauces to make a masterpiece. I have always wondered what noodles to use and what is in the BBQ sauce.

Sam, I had these things off of a Mexican food truck, that the best I could tell is, they were deep fried chicken cordonbleue on a stick. Now batter. Just chunk of chicken wrapped in the ham and cheese then bacon. Then deep fried. It was complete deliciousness.

I have a peeler with a julienne blade. That might be what you want to look for.
Also, if the Japanese restaurant was using the straight blade on cabbage, the results look like finely shredded cabbage (due to the layered structure of cabbage)

Christine-here, how about making my favorite Japanese food- Okonomiyaki! Love to see how you make it, probably better than me, I don’t get the right consistency! Love the show, even if you didn’t show the buttermilk, and breadcrumbs, opps-a-daisy.

Hey Sam, absolutely love your videos. I've been watching for a couple years but recently been binge watching. I think an awesome idea would be to test different knife brands. I recently purchased a seido knife and love it. LMK what you think.

samthecookingguy I have the peeler your thinking of, I spent $15 bucks on a so called quality one and have 2 other cheeper ones! It's a disappointment, the veg. tends to frequently gets stuck, I've learned its quicker for me to use a knife.

If it's not between two pieces of bread, why would you call it a sandwich It's on a burger bun, call it a chicken burger, makes more sense. (Australian commenting) Always stuffs me up when I hear Americans talking about chicken sandwiches

Can you cook with Sri Lankan ingredients Try to get some maldive fish flakes, Sri Lankan curry powder and, most important, fresh curry leaves. Curious to see what you would do with it. Try to work that into a burger.

As the son in law of a Filipina Lola, I have always wanted to take the adobo elements and add some southern flair to them. Like marinated adobo and smoking the chicken. But I’m going to making this for sure

Great looking sandwich, but I do not like how you are zooming freakin’ camera in and out every 2 freakin’ seconds. Respectfully requesting you stop as I find it distracting and serves no purpose. End rant.

Excited for the fyc with the pink ribbon shirt I ordered for my girlfriend that just finished her last round of chemotherapy for a bilateral mastectomy. Shell be pumped and proud to wear it! Thanks Sam!

Sam, you bought the wrong shredder. They do make ones that do what you suspected. Have one of your GenZ cyber whizzes find the right kind. Hint: It has a cerrated edge.
