These EGGS!
You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs.
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo (Kewpie for sure)
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. Do not over mix or it will separate!
Put mixture in eggs I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers.
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top of each.

I've made tacos gobernador before and they are delicious and a regular crowd pleaser. Here's a couple notes from my experience.
No need to add soy. I'm sure its fine with beef carne asada, but I think it would stand out too much in a shrimp dish where the shrimp and veg flavors should be the stars.
Also, skip the chipotle. You've already got serrano in there for spice. Pick one or the other. You don't need both and they have different flavor profiles that don't really match.
Sub in jalapeno if you want it milder.
Cut those veg smaller. You're always talking about 'think of how people are going to eat it'. Nobody's going to want those huge chunks of tomato or long pieces of onion or peppers getting pulled out. They should be bite size, no longer than the shrimp. Honestly, you might even chop the shrimp in half too if they are big ones.
I've been using Rick Martinez' recipe for this. It includes a bit of celery (add 1 stalk per poblano) and coriander seed (half as much as the oregano, and uses about twice as much serrano, garlic and oregano.

Direct TV is the drizzling shits. But do you know what's worse That's right, Dish Network. I would rather wipe my ass with sandpaper after a 10 alarm chili dump at 4 in the morning than use Dish. That company, and what the hell, also Direct are like if the special needs class was real good that month (no biting, no narcing on Teddy for sneaking in a chocolate milk from lunch, that type of shit) and the teacher let the kids start a TV company with some old AV Club equipment. Thank the Lord Almighty for VPN's and IPTV.

As much as I miss Qualcomm and tail gating. New stadium is nice! Tacos be nice and those be nice! So help me help my wallet! Sam I said it again. Sushi my friend! Sushi tacos! Or sushi rolls. You gotta feel me in this department. My favorite places are Azuki in San Diego and Dada Sushi in Murrieta! IYKYK. Quality my man! So what ideas can you come up with to help my wallet be healthy again! Meaning fatter not skinnier!

So a tiny scrimp quesadiller. Meh. For scrimp tacos qua scrimp tacos I still prefer Tajin dusted scrimp into a cold olive oil pan, add to flour torts w a mango salsa, bit of cabbage and either a mild salsa verde, yogurt mayo sauce topping or a mayo, habanero, cilantro, honey, ACV, garlic spice bomb. Your choice.

Sam, when you mentioned how much you love when the cheese hits the deck and burns. We used to bake fresh sourdough bread with chunks of Parmesan cheese in it, and when those would melt outside the loaf onto the oven deck and burn, we would call them cheese feet. Best part of the whole loaf of bread.

Great tacos! Made them tonight but in a single cast iron skillet. Max & Chanceplease bring the audio up to the levels of the stoopid yt commercials- for weeks now I have to turn stcg up to hear Sam (yes- some of us do listen to him) and when a commercial comes on my four dogs and I freak tfo!

from SW Louisiana! That looks amazing! Because I'm a great Cajun cook, I'd be inspired to make this just because I usually have these ingredients at home. I'd use less cheese, add a dash of Tony's just because, and definitely add green onions to finish. Thank you, Sam!

Hey Sam, you use a lot of cilantro. I have that gene that makes cilantro taste like soap. It's so sad because I miss out on a lot of Mexican food because of this. What would you use in place of cilantro I would love to add something instead of just go without.

Great tacos. But I literally forgot most of the ingredients. So I used anaheim peppers. Serranos, cheddar cheese, red onions, shrimp, garlic. No tomatoes. It was great. Loved it. I even crisped some parmasean cheese on the outside of the corn tortillas.

max has this weird ego/superiority complex thing where he always feels the need to correct sam or prove him wrong, meanwhile half the time he's the wrong one. yt people are the only people i know who are this comfortable disrespecting their parents lol SMH

Hey Sam have you ever done Michelin-star fries I seen another guy do a video on them but your videos are fun and I was hoping you would make a video showing us how to make them. Thanks for your great videos from my family because we love your show

Hey Sam, if you were going to use Graza oil, you should be using the Sizzle, not the Drizzle! Otherwise this looks so easy and delicious. I am going to try making it with shrimp and also with a white fish (my son is allergic to shrimp but not fish)

Thanks for making this. I love these tacos! Try adding a tbsp of ketchup to the onion/plabano mixture
For future recipes I’m looking into Dominican Chimi recipes. Would love to see what you come up with.
Thanks!

My favorite taco truck uses cotjia cheese, I think. And nowhere near as many peppers. They are sooo good. But so are their birria and al pastor, so it's always a hard choice.

Don’t listen to Max. The dor in Spanish is pronounced like you did, thor. It’s soft, but accurate. Learn from your dad Max. Being loud doesn’t make you right. from CDMX.

I canceled Directv last week after having it for over 25 years. The cost of $110 per month for the basic package is just too much. Those shrimp tacos look good, though.

Hey Sam! The McDonald's international menu just arrived in Germany and I was wondering if you could do a follow up trying to make home made versions of all the items
