Steve Logan: I really like some of these recipes, 1st the bacon covered chix meatloaf bbq, you could wrap bacon around tree bark & folks would eat it, your rotissere chix is great, but you need to buy a gyro device skewer for a tower that high or remove every rack in the oven & cook from the bottom rack & it still may not fit so will have to lower the tower meat for some ovens, ( rotissere chix is 1 of the best deals at the grocer, here in Ky. You can buy 1 for 5. 99 not much more than a raw chix) the bone removal rib rack is great, you have a better one on another video where the rack is put on a large hoagie/ grinder bun, that is your best & my fave that you have ever done on rib rack.
