Proko, i really hawe been watching your videos lately, And i still find my self struggling, i want to say how it is really confusing to me to learn THAT much informatian, yes, you hawe made diffrent videos, like form, anatomy. And maybe i should hawe watched just some certain videos? Yes, Lots of information may help, but i find it kinda confusing. Please can you -simple it-?

For better gender equality, if we must be protected from seeing a square inch patch on the chest of human when it's a female, then it's only fair to protect us from the sight of it on males as well!

how about what happens to the shapes in poses. specfically bodybuilders. i get confused on how the muscles flow from the pecs when they arms are rasied, to the shoulders, and then the biceps when they flex
