4 Years Building A Log Cabin - Full Movie

My girlfriend and I hand-craft our own cutting boards in the log cabin. We can only make a few at a time, so you have to be first to buy one when a batch is released. Our first batch is signed by hand with its own unique number, representing how every cutting board is unique. They are made from hard nordic oak, making them extremely durable, holding up for a lifetime of abuse. Instead of having a plastic cutting board that really should be thrown away after 2 years. I was told that my dream of selling handmade products wouldn’t work in today's world where everything is mass produced. I want to prove them wrong. My goal is to expand into other handmade products. Making a series of lifetime quality handmade goods. Breaking free from mass production, supporting our environment.

I could never believe that a man could build a house like this by himself, it's easy to give out bricks or blocks, you know, mortar, cement, gravel, water, weigh and hit, but this is so difficult for one man, no matter how strong he is, so now we know (everything you can do it when you want). You are amazing Eric, congratulations, I wish you the best in life. Greetings from Ontario

Oh, wow, I stopped following for a little while, and now Erik has a girlfriend Wow! When did this happen
Also, in this recap I never saw a bedroom or a toilet. For such a small cabin, where do you sleep
And where do you shower/use the bathroom
How do you manage fresh drinking water/sewage
Lots of questions, I know!
Cheers to you for everything!

Good afternoon: of all the wooden cabin constructions in recent years, yours could be one of the most remarkable. Not only is it carefully made, but it is very beautiful. But, the question one asks oneself, given the weather situation of this world, is: have those felled trees been replaced Thanks for the video.

I've followed your build from the beginning. I would actually love to see a movie of it. Something about 1. 5 hours long interspersed with a little context, whether filmed or narrated. There can't be many people who have done what you have done in front of a camera.
Anyway, thanks so much for sharing your journey!

For pepole saying Oh that must really take a long time to build. just think about all the camera postion he has to do, the editing and so on. An impressive build that makes it really another more barrier when you think about the stuff going on to make us see this! :)

Im interested if you had to buy your own land and/or a permit to build a cabin in the woods of sweden, becouse this has always been a distant dream of mine so i was wondering if you bought the land or if you just picked a place to build

Erik: The skill in filming all of this is as impressive as your building skills. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING THESE MOMENTS that we mere mortals can never duplicate. THANK YOU!

I'm just curious where you would or do potentially sleep inside the cabin right now. Do you actually sleep there nowadays, or is it in a state where that's not too viable for now

You are one VERY AMAZING fellow Erik and I have to admire your talent, skills, knowledge and patience.
STAY SAFE, BE WELL. WE WISH YOU MUCH LOVE, HEALTH and HAPPINESS.
