What are the brands of landscape fabric and staples do you use? We have super aggressive weeds that scoff at our puny attempts to prevent them from growing up and through the landscape fabric we have been able to find, locally. Since we live in a rural area, we aren't adverse to shopping online for almost everything we need in the line of specialized products. I enjoy watching and re-watching every one of your videos, and, even, hooked my eleven-year-old granddaughter on your videos when she visited earlier in the summer.

I love watching your videos so much. Thanks for the weed fabric tip. I know there are weed fabric haters but this stuff is amazing. Weeds are ruining my life right now since we just built our house last year. We had a lot of bare dirt and a very wet spring so the weeds are out of control and have taken so much time to deal with. I cant wait until I have weed fabric down, drip line installed and the areas mulched! It will be amazing!

Im trying to attract hummingbirds and read they love morning glories so I started some from seed in the house then I read just yesterday they have rhizomes (like bamboo) and drop seeds so once set in you cant ever get rid of and in some places its very invasive. Nope. not for me got rid of it after it started wrapping around our blinds. & i was getting ready to plant it in the yard since it was a warm day. Lol.

Landscape fabric is bad for the soil and microorganisms, worms etc. The worms cant reach to the soil surface and to have healthy soil. The better alternative is to place cardboard first and then place mulch over it. The worms can reach the surface through the cardboard. Also after what happened to my boxwood after last winter (winter burn and winter kill) I would NEVER grow boxwood in zone 5.

As a gardener I love your videos, but I am super against landscape fabric for keeping weeds down. Once a weed seed lands on top of the landscape fabric that's it, the weeds' roots will be so entrenched in the fabric they will be impossible to take out. I'd love to hear your response to this!
Thank you very much for all your videos and all your information!

Thanks for this video: it was very informative!
Could you please also include the following info:
1. The black mulch that you used: a link for that (and its price. Does that only come in bags or can it be ordered in bulk?
2. The soaking tubing that you used from HD: a link for that would be much appreciated as well

That morning glory is the most invasive pain in the butt weed I have ever dealt with. The roots run 2ft deep sometimes. The roots snap easy so you never get all the root out and where each root snapped and stayed in the ground will grow another plant. You create 10 weeds for ever 1 you pul out

How is plant called 'gara' 'guara' or what you just planted. Is it same plant you have in the triangular bed surrounded by hedge that you did video with your battery run trimmer & did review on- question is about plant in center. It sounds like same name but has white flowers & is quite tall.
