Buttoning Up a Lot of Small Projects! Garden Answer henrique: Hey Larura! I am from Brazil and here we are in autumn/winter now (temperatures about 59 degrees in my city. I planted a bunch of evolvulus in my garden and I noticed that they are looking beautiful in this cool temperatures and, of course, full sun all day long. If you like this plant, you should try for spring or autumn containers and landscaping, you will definitely fall in love. (Fun fact: this specie is native from Brazil and we call it something like little blue)

satisfaction in small projects completed. check! my aqua pots have the same color palate as the urn and two of the same plants I love them so far! and yes Laura the gomphrena smells ick! I have one of each of the following, gomphrena, yellow lantana, euphorbia, the light green Caroline Potatoes vine and a cats pajamas nepeta! they have filled in beautifully so far. that gallows urn is such a beautiful piece. I must try and incorporate some stuff like that into the garden!

Hi Laura and Aaron! This was fun. I'm glad you saved the hellebores and ferns to plant elsewhere. Your garlic did great! I may try some this fall. I'm glad you share your duh moments with us. I have them, too. LOL! I do hope that Aaron was able to find the Hosta, or you found it on your way home. It was nice Benjamin had a strawberry to get rid of the taste of basil. Too funny! The bistro set you got is really nice. Thank you so much for sharing!

Snails are a menace in my hosta garden this year. I tried Bonide pellets, but they cause big clumps of mold to form after rain. The Sluggo pellets also mold. I was pulling 500 to 1, 000 off my foundation and hostas each night. Beer traps are not working well either. Please help. I have no idea where all the slugs came from this year. My hostas have so many holes that I need to cut them back. These plants resemble Swiss cheese, not hostas lol.

Hi Laura, your garlic looks so good. I planted mine about a few weeks after u did. mine are looking so floppy and the stems have some black spots on them, I am so worried they might be rotten. I pulled out one the other day just to check if anything is growing at all and I saw one single clove but round, sort of shape of the whole bulb. what did I do wrong? I do wish to wait a little more time before I pull out. please guide me on this

I live in western Oregon and were at not use to the extreme temperatures 100 to 115 that weve had the last few days! Ive been watering morning, noon, and night to try to keep my plants alive! My question is with temperatures that high do we still fertilizer or wait for the cool down? Im so confused Ive never had to worry about it before

Dont beat yourself up over not turning the faucet on or shutting the tail gait. I call it mommy brain. New baby and tons of projects and things going on in life. Stuff just happens and you give it your best and move on. Your an amazing super woman with all you do. Give yourself the grace to let things slide!

It felt good to hear that you in error failed to turn the faucet for watering in you spinach. I do things like that and just think I an so inexperienced but even a pro like you Laura, do silly things. Sorry about the loss of your plantings but your novice audience needed to hear this! LOL

I love your videos but Im not sure I like the new cameras. The colors are just hit or miss. Sometimes it looks okay, but it seems wrong, mostly in shade. A perfect example is at 20: 52 of this video. Here Laura looks green. In another video she looked orange. Just giving feedback.
