Packing Plants into These Urns! Laura Style! + Greenhouse Update! Garden Answer Carrie: I know people have been mentioning the sound they are hearing that sounds like a necklace chain etc. I believe depending on the new brand of camera this is the auto-focus feature that we are hearing. Other vloggers I follow have run into the same problem with certain models and mic setups. Not sure if this is something that can be accounted for or not but maybe something that can researched the focus noise on video. Love the videos regardless have learned so much and they are a bright spot in my day. They got me through the pandemic and now help me with anxiety and depression. Gardening and learning from you all is my therapy.

Expected to be immersed in planting, yet the highlight was Laura giving a walking tour of the greenhouse. The sheer joy in your steps and voice is so contagious. The plants were just the icing on the cake. I have never been so excited to see someone else achieve a dream project and look forward to every opportunity to hear you talk about the Hartley. Please don't ever edit out those little moments. Perfect for a grand compilation of the grand reveal to come and memories for you to enjoy.

Laura, those planters are gorgeous! You are so you, thinking you would have room for one more calla. Happy to see progress in Hartley area. I have trouble sometimes visualizing in my mind and seeing outline helps. We are hot here on east coast as well for next few days with high humidity which isnt our normal. Thanks for all you both do to include us in process of everything thats being done!

Gorgeous planter. Love the color scheme and those Callas are amazing!
Question, a bit off topic, about Espoma organic GardenTone fertilizer - I applied it as a top dress around my veg seedings in my raised beds last Sunday (20th) and within 2 days they were swarming with teeny tiny black flies. So far I've placed yellow sticky traps in the beds, but is there anything else you'd suggest?

About 60% of my lawn here in Virginia is lamium(perennialized for sure)
In the spring when it blooms my lawn is largely purple and I do love that part! We call it red dead-nettle but lamium makes it sound more important. I leave it for the bees! It would be nice to get like 90% coverage!

I have nothing but love for ya! But you have to figure out where that sound is coming from! It sounds like you are wearing those thin metal bangle bracelets from the 80s even though you definitely arent. Its keeps distracting me from your beautiful voice. (Ive heard it in your last few videos)

This color combination really speaks to me. Yikes! 97 degrees and decent in shade! Here on the NC coast we would have 97 with 90% humidity. Unbearable! I grew up here with no AC at home, none in schools, none in cars. How did we do it?

Thank you for taking the time to slow down and show up close the process. I always thought I had to keep all the dirt and rootball intact! Learned something new today. Thank you for always teaching us how to be successful gardeners!

In northern OH (CLE) callas are perennial. They arent supposed to be, but ive never had one not come back. Unprotected, near the house, out in the yard, and even left in a bucket of water that of course froze. Love them

I love this arrangement Laura!
These are my favorite colors so I want to recreate this! Please tell me how deep and wide this container is!
Thank you Laura and Aaron for your hard work! From one Oregonian to another
