Hi Laura my name is Willette pronounced will-let. You inspire me to try new things in my around the house garden, all four sides. I'm not afraid to dig up or take out plants only to try in other spots. Then if it doesn't work it won't be from lack of trying! You probably have answered this question a thousand times, sorry this is a thousand and one, here goes, DO YOU PLANT TULIPS ON TOP OF OTHER TULIPS? In other words do you pull up your bulbs or are you constantly planting in different beds? Hope that's not confusing!

Love this video and planting method but here is a WARNING: Make sure you pull back on the drill like she says, especially if you have hard ground. If the auger bites into hard ground under the softer topsoil it rapidly torques the drill. Not expecting that sudden force, the drill slipped out of my hand and spun around, catching my finger and taking it spiraling with it! Twisted and broke my fourth metacarpal in my hand!

First of all, thank you for your amazing videos. They have been so inspiring and helpful to me in my home gardens. Have you ever used the lasagna method for bulbs where you put bulbs that plant at different depths and blooming time so that you have constant spring colors? For example crocus, hyacinth and tulips? I would love to hear your thoughts or see a video on how to do this.

I love your videos! They are amazing and very inspiring. I live in zone 8a- do you dig up your bulbs every year, or just replant more? I want to plant my first tulips for next spring, but doing a little bit of care research prior to putting them in the ground. I would like to layer them with other flowers to have continuous blooms through the spring and summer.

For the first time, ever! This year I used an Auger drill bit. I had to search for one as no garden centre/d. i. y store stocked them in my area (Gloucestershire U. K) I found one on Amazon! Amazing! I planted 150 bulbs, and the drill made the work so much easier. Love your Videos Laura, so much inspiration yaaay!

Amazing project! Wish I had a space to plant so many bulbs! Question 1: I've read that you need to take up bulbs for the winter so they don't experience frost? Are you digging up 2300 bulbs each year? :O Question 2: what is that amazing blue/purple salat looking plant in the left corner at 6: 05?
