Thank you so much for the beginner DIY tutorial! Crafting is not my strong suit, and even IM looking at branches outside so I can try this out!
I wanted to let you know that the bamboo harvest basket is actually a traditional Chinese steamer basket that dates back thousands of years, and is still used in cooking today all over Asia.
The Gardeners Supply website makes no mention of the origin or rich history of these baskets. My husband and I are both Asian, and we felt this was culturally insensitive on their part.
I know youve mentioned your love of Asian food several times, and thought you might appreciate knowing the historical and cultural context of these harvest baskets. :)
Thank you for all that you do to make gardening accessible and less scary for so many of us!

I think another one on the left side of the door will give you more of the balance that you want. (not that you asked my opinion! lol) Especially with that chair near the pot on the right. They become a pair with that proximity and it makes it look heavier on the right side. I really LOVED your little boy's part of the shoot! So cute, and he caught on really fast! We forget what it looks like seeing the world from that height!

That young man is something special! He's a big help now but I can so imagine that when he gets a little older that he'll be helping you run that business, doing things like helping you plant and harvest but also using the camera and stuff like that maybe freeing up Aaron to do other things sometimes because Benjamin seems to take a real interest in the camera side of things

Benjamin is a hoot! Such a sweetheart. I loved this video. The only question I have is do you actually cover the lights with the tape how do they shine through? Im confused sorry. I live in Sarasota Florida but I am definitely going to have a nice fall tree on my porch! Love this Im going out today to get my supplies. Thank you.

Hi Laura! The little tree turned out so cute. This would have been a great DIY to show in more detail. It was hard seeing which leaves you used and where they were attached. Just saying. Loved it when Benjamin joined you and then did some filming and narrating. He's so adorable! Thank you so much for sharing!

I love it! We have a covered porch thats so boring. Its a common area and quite narrow. I found a pair of plant stands for free and placed them on either side of the doorthis is just the ticket for that area to bring some life. BTW Hobby Lobby has the brown floral tape for $2. 99/2 pk.

I would put another little tree maybe out front by the side of your stairs to equalize the one up by the door. It will be an offset equalizer, but the way your front entrance is situated I think it would work. I wouldn't put it in front of your door.

When you entrusted Benjamin with the camera, his whole demeanor changed. Your trust in him, gave him confidence: -)Loved that.

Great idea Laura, I adore fall colors and like you said the dark burgundy color. Benjamin saying it was Amazing tickled me. He's gonna be taping pretty soon so you and Aaron can both be in the videos. I like seeing husband and wife together.
