I bought a house plant on a whim today because winter has gotten me down and it was very cute. Turns out when I got it home and started looking up a care guide for weeping figs it said that it was really poisonous to cats. Now I'm worried.
Should I get rid of it?
is it really dangerous to have around my cat?
Also on this topic, Can you do a video on house plants that are okay and not around pets!

Oh darn, I can't go to the to the Northwest Flower and Garden show on the 20th! Oh my coffee with Laura is a little sad today but maybe you guys will come back to the show as a presenter next year. Oh well what a fun bunch of shows you are going to and I know you will enjoy yourselves. Thanks for letting us know and I think I will pick up that book for my work!

NORTHWEST FLOWER SHOW! I was planning on going on the 23rd, but maybe I'll have to go sooner to see if I can spot you and say hi. It's going to be my first ever garden show, and I'm so excited. Hoping you guys can make it to one of the local garden centers. The crowd might be a bit less crazy. :-)

Laura, you can't be freezing unless you come to Minnesota, current temp is -8. Wish I was close to those shows so I could meet you and Aaron. Will the Proven Winners book be sold through bookstores? Just seeing the bit you showed has me dying to add it to my gardening book collection.

You and Proven Winners need to come to Georgia. I don't know of any garden shows here other than, Atlanta Botanical Gardens. My mother and I used to tour a garden tour called, Through The Garden Gate that was held around Mother's Day weekend. What a pleasure.

I live in NC but im not sure ill be going cause thats the day after my babys due date haha. Charlotte is couple hours from my house and i dont think I'll be up for long drives at that point. Helpfully next year we can catch you.

I'm going Friday the 22nd and was so excited to hear you were going to the Seattle Garden Show, until you said you were only going to be there on the 20th. I went from super excited to super sad in under 30 seconds. :)

Sounds like if u write a book it would be well received. I have so many garden books but I can add a few more and I can leave a space for your. Please if u do write add some tips and tricks for growing lavender. IJS.

My hospital is sponsoring a trip to the Philly flower show but it is on the 4th. My aunt lives an hour away from RI airport. Perhaps I will fly out there to visit and have her come along. We both enjoy gardening!
