This is so awesome that y'all are doing something like this. They will love it & so will the kids. Hey how azssss bout a sandbox for the younger one's? You could use a kiddy pool as the bottom. With a plastic or a canvas for the top with a runner stitch to gather the outside edge. That way you can put it over the edge of the kiddy pool to keep it closed.

I was one of those who heard too late and missed out on the tickets for this year, but will be watching closely for next year! In fact, in March I started the Garden Answer Groupies Southern CA Chapter and in 8 weeks we have 75 members and are growing every day. Several of us in that group want to attend next year!

Thank you for stepping up and helping those caught up in these destructive cycles. I spent almost 3 months in our local battered womens' shelter and was very appreciative of everyone for all they did for us. I will be there with you in spirit in June. It's a given you will make it a success.

What a fantastic way to not only get the community together as a family to promote an awesome cause but to extend the opportunity for so many others to give as well. Not to mention spreading the awareness of the issues at hand. So proud of you for giving back in the way that you know best.

I love this is how far the event has gone. I was hoping to buy a ticket too and couldn't believe how fast they sold out. But yall are amazing people and this is an amazing cause I'm sure I'll be able to participate in the years to come. ESPECIALLY when I'm not 32 weeks pregnant

I happen to be one of the lucky 60 that will be involved. I knew we would be doing a community project but had no idea that it was for a shelter benefiting domestic violence survivors, coming from that background myself it just made this even more special.

I LOVE that y'all are doing this! I love the idea of making a half way house seem more homey. I know that having something fun and interactive for your kids takes a lot of stress off a Mama's shoulders. Thank you for all the things you do for your community.

I found out about the group on that video and joined right after watching. It's a pretty great group. Hopefully I can attend next year, I'd love to tour the gardens and help out on a wonderful project like this. I hope everyone who attends has a great time.
