Love these videos, youve inspired not just me, but my family to redo all of our landscaping and we find ourselves going out of our way to travel to garden centers locally. Thank you so much for the inspiration I look forward to gaining more knowledge via your videos! Hosta question, are there hostas that can take any sun? I garden in 7a with limited shade spots and would love the look but not sure if they could handle it. Is this something we could just supplement with extra water via our drip system or will the plants nevertheless not due well? Thanks!

Hi Laura! I was wondering if you could do a seedling update video. My seedlings are looking great and getting big but Im at a bit of a loss as to what to do next. Do I need to transplant them into larger pots and let them get acclimated to their new pots or harden them off first since I dont have a cold frame/greenhouse? At what point are they big enough to go into my garden and I was also wondering about your fertilizing schedule. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos!

Hi Laura, those hosta's are beautiful! I bought a couple of empress wu hosta I plan on putting them in separate urns on my patio in the shade. I have a question if you could help me with, I bought some new perennials we still could get a frost. How long could I leave my plants in the pots they came in till I plant them? ( I have them in my cellar under a grow lamp) thanks, suez

I heard you mention cutting back your host as in the fall. I have never done that but want to if it is better for them. Also I wonder about ferns. I currently have a large one in a pot but am thinking about putting it in the ground like you do. Do I need to trim them as well in the fall? Thank you so much. You always have such good info with planting and care for our plants.

Hi! That was great. Those hostas are amazing. Would love if you showed how you do the harvest guard. How do you do it so it stays put and doesn't squish the plants? I have lupine seedlings that are too big for their cells, but it's maybe slightly early to plant them outside (zone 7a, so wanting to learn how use things to protect them from cold.

The base of that tree worries me. We had one that looked like that in our front yard and one day, it just fell over. Years ago people had filled in dirt around the tree and over time, the base had rotted. The tree didn't look sick, either. Just something to look out for. We never know about things like this when we buy a property.

Hey Laura big fan from the future here. Your low maintenance hosta garden will be looking for a new home because you tear down the pergola remove the pine trees and the garden shed is donated to a friend to use as a rabbit hutch leaving your babies exposed to a lot of sun. Lol

Hi everyone. Another fantastic video thanks Laura. Can anyone help me please, sometimes I have burnt leaves or insect bites on the leaves, should I just cut half the leaf off or cut the damaged leaf down at the base please? Thank you Natalie from England xx
