80s power chords, yeah! hahaha Always love your music choices.
We have high pH soil and rocks (even though iron rich, the plants can't use it cos of pH. :-( Lots of the garden has large outcroppings. Have to use a crow bar for every hole dug. No augering here: -/ Means no wells either, nor town water. All water tanks! You know what they say though: grass is always greener on the other side. I am just happy I have a place to live and a garden. :D
Great video as always. Thank you for sharing your life and journey!

im so happy for that mulberry tree! big trees just have such a wonderful energy about them, i've planted so many trees and seeds for trees and shrubs especially, to get more of the wild canopy back. Do you know what sort of trees in terms of like families you'll be planting on the new property? like maple, oak, spruce, etc. Also lol at the rocks, living in new england means i literally cannot go six inches without hitting rocks near that size often, always digging holes for plants around them.

Hi Laura and Aaron! WOW, you do have a lot going on. I can only imagine how exciting and fun it is for you to see the progress being made. The beautiful mulberry tree does look so much better with the concrete removed. It should be so much happier now. It's nice you have Chris and Paul to help with the projects. Also nice of Aaron to let others drive his tractor. LOL! Thank you for always sharing the updates on everything going on!

That's a burly old tree - all of those warty looking bumps have very interesting grain under the bark. My husband is a woodturner and I make lamps, so if that tree ever has to be taken out, I'll get in touch to see if you want us to make you a bowl or a lamp. We've never worked with mulberry, but generally even if the wood isn't good for turning, it can still be made into a gorgeous lamp.

Hey! We just did our own concrete removal backyard project! It is way more work then we ever anticipated. We also have a video up from October on breaking up concrete. We used a sort of wedge looking/heavy tool that we would hit and hit and hit the concrete with until it cracked then used a crowbar to break it. After a few weeks of this we rented a jack hammer!

The first few minutes of this were the most interesting to me - with the camera/drone work and perspectives showing what dirt movers do, how they build a road, etc. Not something most people get to see. Thanks for showing that part of the project! This is so much fun! :: watching this all come together, each step of the way.

Please do a show, where to purchase Manger outdoor scenes. Also, many farmers in warms soil areas, are fumigating soil with Methyl Bromide Gas, to kill weeds and fungus. See many farmers spread black plastic over the soil, before planting veggies and flowers, is that applicable to your gardens?

Sooo satisfying to see that concrete border coming out! Yayyy! Breathe free beautiful mulberry tree. Plus new roadways shaping up, and power lines disappearing - what wonders happening at once. As always, thank you for sharing the fascinating process and your amazing vision!

As far as signs for keeping people turning left, maybe just a sign on the left that states, private garden, instead of enter and exit. That seems too commercial sounding. But I really think people will naturally go straight.
