Thank you Laura! I started seeds for the first time this year after watching you. I have my florettes seeds and my gardeners supply self watering trees! And the vermiculite on top. Can you do a quick video every couple of weeks to talk about how your seeds are progressing? Right now I have a lot of germination, but this is where things usually go bad for me LOL Im hoping the vermiculite will help withThe dampening off. How do you harden off your seats? Im excited to see things grow!
Do you have a favorite plant that you grow from seeds?

Thanks for all you share, Laura and Aaron: all things green and growing (knowledge, expertise, inspiration and enthusiasm) and your family (always love seeing the kids and cats. Samantha Grace is perfectly precious. Benjamin is so enjoyable. Benjamin at 14: 40 made me chuckle! Oh to be comfortable in the positions he finds! He seems to have a bright mind and personality. Also, your videography is excellent! Thanks for all the extra steps: drone, several angles, etc. (Loved the clip of Laura and Benjamin w one of the cats)

I too planted a lot of seeds this year; marigolds, delphiniums, hollyhock and I'm patiently (not) waiting to see if the bulbs i planted last year (tulips) are going to show soon! So far just green. I have learned so much from your videos and hopefully it will show in my beds this year! I even bought my first Hellebore Molly's Lenten Rose is what it was called, I plan to get more if successful. Not sure of my zone, but we live in Northeast Indiana. Thanks!

Oh wow! That's alot! Great job too. I have only 3 / 72 cell seed starting trays or whatever u call them and I've been stuck. Afraid that I'll mess up and I keep running back in here to watch more videos and see if I have everything I need. I don't want to waste time, money, and energy. All I've done is revive some indoor plants with new soil and bigger better pots because I can do that with confidence but I'm brand new at seed starting.

Im always motivated to do something after watching one of your videos. I dont always do, though; ) Have you considered building some shorter pull-out tables to fit under your cold frame tables? Store your seeding mix, empty seed starting trays, plus a place to move your trays to when you need to start hardening off without having to rearrange your current inventory or place on the ground.

My daughter and I enjoy watching your videos together. Shes 4. Her and I started some seeds together recently as well. Made twice the mess and took twice as long, but she loved it. She asks me during this video, regarding the lollipop mommy, why does she say lovely about that boys lollipop he put there? when just yesterday she got her little freeze pop tangled in my hair I get it lovely.

Yay! Would you be willing to do a more in-depth video about grow lights? I bought some for the first time this year and all the different kinds and settings are overwhelming. I'd love to learn about all the different colors/light frequencies, level of brightness, how to place them, etc. Also, is it possible to turn any lamp into a grow light with the correct bulb? Thank you!

Hello, I am amazed at how much you are able to start and keep up with, very inspiring! I am new to seed starting and I keep my house on the cooler side (64-66F) and I have a simple indoor greenhouse for my seedlings. Should I keep the humidity domes on the seedling trays with the greenhouse door zipped up or would that create too much humidity? Best wishes, Dorothy
