Looking Back at 2021! Garden Answer Joyce: I cant express how much I enjoyed this video! Your beautiful relaxing space in the studio was the perfect background for this year in review conversation. And my goodness! So many amazing events in 2021, beginning of course with the birth of your sweet Samantha Grace! Its mind boggling the changes you & Aaron have wrought on your property in just one year! You mentioned that you feed off of our excitement - I only wish that there was a way for you to measure the pure delight, encouragement and inspiration you bring to your viewers with each and every post & video! Ive learned so much, Ive acquired some amazing tools to help me in the garden (a John Deere electric Gator was a gift from my husband for my 65th birthday! ) and Ive so many plans for our own little piece of this wonderful earth! May 2022 bring you & your family - and all Garden Answer fans - happiness, prosperity, health and love!

Hello from CT, thank you for all of your wonderful videos, I always look forward to your smiling face and positive attitude. A few questions; I am learning that Angelonia is really just Snap Dragon? if so, what are your absolute favorite varieties? Also, after being inspired by your beautiful garden, I decided to plant 8 new Lime Light Hydrangeas! However, the flowers tended to hang down on the plants because of weak branches, probably from living their lives too long in their pots. Should I prune them down low so they have stronger new branches next season? Or should I just leave them be, I only pruned the spent flowers this past fall. Thanks again for being such a positive force, just love watching!

Looking back on watching GA videos in 2021, some of the things that really stuck with me were: hellebores, I planted 10 and this winter the dark green leaves are so beautiful. I can't wait till they bloom. Fertilizing on a regular basis to get the most out of annuals specifically. Dig up what you don't like and get rid of it or move it somewhere else even if it's been there for 20 years. Making sure to have evergreen interest and adding red, blue, yellow foliage into each garden area. After gardening for 40 years now I'm understanding why things work or don't work instead of just nagging away me. To name a few. thank you for all the knowledge and inspiration.

Garden Answer in 2021 was certainly a bright spot for me because I did go through illness/hospitalization/surgery. I kept watching the videos and held onto my dreams. When I was able to physically plant bulbs, it was in December but as Laura said, if you can dig in the soil you can plant bulbs. So I rocked it doing that for a couple days and came inside to rejoice that I was able to do that.
Hoping that 2022 will be an amazing year for you and all the GA fans. I've ordered seeds already and am making plans for the New Year: ) Love you guys so much for what you give us. xoxoxo

Laura, I love watching you, Aaron and the kids, your projects are so informative and fun! That being said, I have one concern, your children have no swing set or jungle gym, some- thing for them. their special area! When they want to play will you pile in the truck and head to a park? A play area will not hurt or takeaway from your home. I think it would add to it! Hope you have a wonderful 2022!

As always, I just love your videos. This yearly recap is so much fun to watch--it brings back memories for me, too--watching the original videos for all of this! I just started some of my seeds for this season and am so excited to move along this journey again with you and Aaron in 2022. Thank you for being a light to so many--including me!

Great recap. My oh my what a lot that went on. That dust devil was amazing. Im glad it didnt destroy a lot. Yeah the tornadoes were pretty severe in 2021. That tree auger was a great investment to rent for all those trees. You are helping me with this video to document happenings in my garden. Thanks for sharing.
