Hi Danielle! I want to suggest two very beautiful gardens near Longwood Gardens that are absolutely worth a visit! The first one is Winterthur Museum, Garden and Library - part of the Du Pont family estates in Delaware and minutes from Longwood. It is an amazing outdoor display in the Spring with woodland spring ephemerals and around Mother's Day as all the azaleas bloom. I love old estate homes and gardens and the estate house does NOT disappoint! I walk there often and am amazed at the year round interest planted on the 60 acres. On a smaller scale down the road from Winterthur is Nemours Estate and Gardens. I purchased a membership to Nemours for my husband's birthday last April and was stunned at the outdoor structures/fountains, the estate house and the garden next to the house. The master gardners who tend everything were so friendly and answered all my questions despite being busy with spring garden chores. I was pleasantly surprised. Both of these places have beautiful Christmas displays as well so we like to visit as often as we can to see the outdoor garden inspiration and indoor decor for the holiday. I hope you can visit one or both of them. We also bring a picnic lunch and sit on the lawns in nice weather. I so enjoy your videos as I'm down the road in Oxford, PA but visit our daughter in Lancaster near Ken's Gardens! Happy planting: )

Excellent timing and suggestions! I have a neatly stashed small crate of favorite issues of gardening magazines that I have collected since 1988! I am 61 and have separated a few out for each of my daughters from the year they were born-1990, 1992, and 1996. The gardening information is still useful and it-s fun to see the hair and clothing fashion of the featured gardeners! High waisted clothes are back! No purposefully torn knees in the jeans! Danielle, I always wait to watch your videos when I am not busy as I feel like your videos leave me feeling so peaceful, calm and happy-like spa music!

My favorite conservatory is at the MO Botanical Garden. Love that place ---. Because I am a master gardener I have free admission as long as I keep my master garden certification up to date with hours of volunteering and such. It-s a great benefit. I love these ideas especially gifting of your time to those who may need help in their gardens. Thanks again for a lovely video.

Great ideas and I love the seed bouquet. I need to research if there are any local flower farms so I can support them. We did find a local flower farm for my son's wedding this summer in NY that will be providing the flowers, I'm so excited. Love your videos, thank you for all your knowledge.

Thanks for sharing -. quick question Danielle, if I go out back and cut some pussy willow and bring it in and put in vase of water, will it continue to bloom? I brought some in last year after it bloomed and just put in a dry vase and I love it still, acts as a dried flower, right?

Danielle, please be careful with that teardrop birdfeeder. I came home from work one day to find a bird stuck in the inside of the feeder. The level of food was too low, and the little one actually climbed inside. I let it go free and immediately pitched the feeder.

The Highline for me is the most inspiring - built upon the ruins of an old abandoned rail line in NYC. There is no better place in my view to show that yes you can create a truly 4-season garden anywhere-

What were the names of the shrubs that root easily? For the bouquet. I loved that idea! Thank you! And how do you force branches? So many things to learn!
