I sure have been missing your videos! I must have missed a video where you show us how you put everything into your library. The view from the library out to the spring landscape - sigh. So beautiful. Where I live (high mountains of Colorado) the ground is still covered in snow and mud season has begun. No green grass, just the tips of daffodils showing through - a long time to wait to have what you have now! HOWEVER, I’m still enjoying amaryllis blooms thanks to you! I currently have 4 different varities blooming and some of them are pushing a new bud stalk so I’ll be enjoying Amaryllis into May! Yeah! I’ve been enjoying them since December - you turned me into an amaryllis addict! Looking forward to more videos - hopefully soon!

Hi Danielle, happy to see and Gracie back. Your garden is looking beautiful as always. I'm glad you posted about moving hellebores. I never know when it's a good time to move them. I have some that never bloom - not sure why. As soon as the rain stops and the weather gets a little warmer - it was 37 today in my Zone 5b, NW Illinois garden with tons of rain and now snow forecasted tomorrow - I hope to move them! Happy gardening and good health to you and your family.

So good to see you again. You were missed. I have been terrified to divide my Hellebores. I thought they were very picky plant and didn’t like to be disturbed. You gave me me confidence to do it. Thank you. I wouldn’t have thought that it could be done while they were actively flowering though, so thanks for that tip. I have a few tiny self seeded ones And I was really amazed at that. I think I’ll just move them a little over. there is thanks again!

Nice to see you and Gracie back again. Garden looks incredible! I tore my meniscus removing an out-of-control miscanthus using the method your husband used here. Next day I went out and purchased a reciprocating saw with appropriate blades for gardening. Works wonders, saves back and knees. Highly recommend it.

YEAH!
Excited to see a new video. I check almost daily. I've been re-watching some of your older videos. So inspirational. I'm glad you are back. Missed you
Do you ever fertilizer when you divide your perennials I don't think I've ever seen you talk about it in your videos.

Glad to see you back! I missed your videos. Who knows, maybe the problems that emerged from moving the garden library is an opportunity to fix some of the issues you mentioned in the past about standing water in your garden, which may in turn help with the mosquito population.

Beautiful garden and how things come to life this time of year, is just magical how do the hellebores react after having their roots cut like that There is no other way to divide one but go all in the way you did just wondering if there is any stalling of both divisions

Great video! Nice to see you! What’s your trick getting your tulips to bloom in your containers
Everything looks gorgeous! I’ve been wondering about what time to trim boxwoods! Just watched your forced tulip video! Great info!

Hi Danielle, I was so happy to see you in the garden library sitting in your peaceful place in that pretty chair. Youve accomplished so much in your garden, it looks beautiful, thanks for always bringing us great information and your cheery disposition

Danielle have a question What is the easiest/quickest way to remove grass I want to create a fairly large sorta island landscape bed. Probably 8 foot deep and 20-30 foot long. And i don't really have anyone that can help. Appreciate your advice.

Hi Danielle, thanks for the video. Here, where I am in the south of England, some areas have box blight, but in my area, the real pest is box caterpillar, they can destroy a plant almost overnight. I hope that it never reaches you.

It's so good to see you again! I'm hoping everything has been ok with you. I'm really struggling with planting out my hardy annuals this year because I don't know how to harden them off in cool, wet weather. Do you have any tips for me

Hi Danielle Wonderful to see you, Gace and your beautiful gardens! The Library is delightful-a cozy reading nook with a beautiful view! (I love your book recommendations btw) wishing and wanting the best for you and your family

So happy and relieved to see you again. I find your videos so positive and calming. I live in south central PA also. Any other details on that golden sage like particular kind or where I can find some, thanks.

I loved the way you just set out your camera and let us watch you and you husband get the work done. No need for an elaborate video every time. This was more like we were there with you and Grace. Thank you.

Great video! I love edging too, it is very satisfying indeed! I think it’s time for me to divide one of my Hellebores too, I have courage now thanks to you

So glad to see you. Hope all is good with you and your family. Is it ok to divide hellebores after they bloom or should it be done while they are blooming
reply

Hi Danielle and Grace! Happy to see your springy smile. I love the color of the chair in the garden library as well as the satisfaction of edging. Take care!
