As rabbits are not meant to be catched and eaten for fun they have lives and a Ton of people like me have pet rabbits and teaching your kid this at such a early age is just wrong

One suggestion. Notice you use your bare hands. Big mistake. Use a designated pair of gloves only for rabbit snare setting. They really can smell danger. Plus, camo your wire.

Full stop. Love the videos! Just a thought: use actual snares instead of wire. I'd bet your results would be more favorable with 1/16th cable and actual snare locks.

Just snared and prepared the first hare of the season with my 4 yo. He enjoyed the experience but was a little uneasy at first. He did love seeing all the organs.
