we work hard to seal up the off grid small cabin from the elements with a custom build door. As always we are using our HD36 Norwood Portable Sawmill. We are now working on the outhouse

love your grind here love love the outdoors had a beard just like yours but you gotta change the name around look we know how much beard you got we have no clue how much wood so lets just make you the Bearded woodsman keep the wooded beardsman for your old lady when your snuggled up at night you can tell her the wooded beardsmens coming out to play

stronger is always better, getting away with doing less then regretting it later is not a smart thing to do.
you will never look back at something you built and say -damned, i built it too strong- thats my opinion anyway.
love the cabin, you guys seem like your reasonably close to kitchener, waterloo, fergus, elora area!

I moved to Guam. Although I love snorkeling the reefs, and hiking the beaches and jungles, I miss Kansas. I miss going out to the eastern hills and helping my uncle build his cabin. There's nothing like building from scratch. My uncle is passed now, but his skills passed to me lives on.

I was fine with the door until I saw the frosted glass. It's not the funky pattern that bugs me. Guys, you go out in the woods, build this great cabin, and install a door with glass that obscures the 'million-dollar view'. Hey, ya been puttin' too much Canadian whiskey in that coffee, eh?

The mold is nothing that's just surfaced mold it will all go away I don't know why someone is making a big issue about it! I understand you Chris and Kevin aren't concerned about it but someone that's not aware that mold is not harmful it will dry up and go away

Man, I love your videos and would love to do what you do in the future! Always been a city guy, but you inspire me to want to go out and try some of the stuff you do. (With proper education about the outdoors) Keep it up, I love these!

I also built a hunting cabin myself, all cedar lap siding that I cut myself. It's a very rewarding experience.
Also, nothing like the smell of warm cedar walls that have been heated by a woods stove!
Great job guys!

The idiot in the dark jacket needs to let us know if he has a business so we can avoid him. Questioning headers, ruining egg sandwiches, and being a general dick. I know why you keep him around - he is fun to laugh at.

I think it's a fine egg sandwich. no need for improvement. Good food turns into a great meal when you have the perfect setting and awesome friends to share it with.

Why do you use shims on the door frame? Might have to do something like that some time myself, curious about those. Thanks for the video!
