These peacock bass are not that big. The biggest peacock bass I have ever caught has been 16-17 pounds(don't remember the exact weight) and the biggest one I have seen caught was 21-22 pounds. These bass were not caught in the US but in Colombia South America. I can't believe 4-5 pound bass are considered big.

BlacktipH, I have been a the biggest fan of you ever since the start. I have enjoyed all your videos extremely. Do you recommend any spinning rods for bluefish, jacks, and pompano. Or any fish that will take on a FIGHT I don't want a huge deep sea rod though. If you any please tell me. Thank you

Nice video and great fishing, but. friendly word of advice. the word bro is the most obnoxious and tired word in the English slang universe. Using it every third word makes people want to throw things at you. Big, heavy, brick-shaped things.

What rod should I get to go with my Penn Pursuit 2 6000? The only requirement I have is that it has to break down into 2 pieces. Also it's not exclusively for surf fishing. It's supposed to be an all around saltwater rod. Thanks.

Great video I's this a lake or are you in brackish water there? Here in the Amazon we exclusively catch them on artificial lures. Try top water one day and you'll never want to fish them in any other way again. they hit hard.

Not a bad day at the Peacock Bass lake. There is a lot of Peacocks in that lake. It should be easy to catch them, as we just seen. Hope you all had fun
